If someone had told seventeen year old you the state you were currently in, she would've told you to fuck off and stop lying. To think that a mere two years ago things were completely different.... it seemed almost laughable. 

Your father had been arrested ever since your lung transplant, thanks to your friends collecting enough evidence to send him to jail. The court took pity on your situation, and decided that witness testimonies were enough, thereby sparing you a visit to court. 

Truth be told, you only had Bakugou to thank for that. 

Bakugou, who despite dating you for a year, never knew about the true horrors your father put you through. He poured his entire heart out to you, never knowing that you hid a huge part of your identity from him. Yet, when it mattered most, he was always the first to stick up for you.
