It had been a few hours since you called Shinso, the lavender-haired boy recognising you instantly. Unlike you, he had a day off from university, something about campus reparations. So he decided to meet up with you once your lessons finished. Of course, you usually studied with Bakugou and Midoriya on Wednesdays, so you cancelled those as well, informing them that you'd finished the homework and were busy the rest of the night.

They didn't question much, considering you had your tournaments coming up this weekend. Even if you just wanted to throw in the towel and relax, they didn't want to stop you, knowing very well that you needed it.

And that's how you found yourself at a café that evening, waiting for your friend to arrive. You looked through the menu, spotting with ease his favourite dessert - cold coffee jelly. Many restaurants had them in the menu now, as they rose in popularity over the past few years. You'd had one yourself, whenever you were hanging out with Shinso, and you liked the whirlpool of contradicting flavours it created in your mouth.
