-- [Chapter 64 - The Last Will and Testament of Dr. Kayama Nemuri] --
"Admittedly, you're the most pitiful case I've seen in a while," the doctor sighed, checking you over.
The lady by your side was short and old, with long grey hair strictly tied up in a bun, not one strand out of place. She was Shuzenji Chiyo, nicknamed Recovery Girl by her patients, as she held the record for most accurate procedures. The hospital she worked in, which was also the one you currently stayed at, was a university hospital directly connected to Yuuei. Truth be told, this was a logical location for her to work in, as she was both a Yuuei alumnus as well as current professor for medicine.
"Sorry," you mumbled, wincing as she prodded you over and over.
It had been a week since your surgery, and your first day out of the Intensive Care Unit. Hopefully it wouldn't be too long until you got your stitches removed, but you knew that you'd be here for the next two weeks regardless.
