The next couple of days is a bliss-filled bubble. We spend more time having sex than we do anything else. I haven't even been working as much, which has to stop, because they need me and he can't keep me locked in his room and tied to his bed, no matter how much we both wish that we could.

I also started taking my contraceptive pill again, and I have about two months worth, which is more than I thought I had. Mum came over to see me and was ecstatic about me and Soul, but I thought she went a bit over the top with her excitement. It's not that big a deal, he's not marrying me or anything, which is how she's acting. We're just having a casual fuck. That's what I have to keep telling my stupid heart anyway because it's getting more and more attached to him.

So when we come out of our fuck nest, and I do start working and cleaning the rooms again, I get a lot of shit from the woman. The DSW's to be more specific. They spill drinks on me, tell me I got the orders wrong and they refuse to pay for my mistake. All stupid shit really, that I ignore most of it.

But then they start getting more aggressive. Every time I go to the bathroom, they fucking gang up on me, slap me about a bit, they even came at me with scissors! They only cut my hair and luckily not a lot that it was noticeable. Not that I don't give back, Ryder did teach me a thing or two. I do need more though, as it's hard to fight off five different women and go unscratched. This goes on over the next week.

One day I found out it was Doc's birthday, so I decided to whip him up a cake at Mum's, along with a bunch of cupcakes for everyone else. Once I was done I took it over and hid it in the kitchen, while I went up to Soul's room to grab Doc's gift. It's not anything special. I just took the Sinners tattoo and drew what came to mind, changing it until I was happy with it.

So it's still the skull and wings, but it has a colourful anatomical heart, and I signed it with Babygirl. I put it in a chrome picture frame as it made me think of the handlebars of all their bikes.

I'm heading back down when there's a noise from the washing machine room. So I went to check it out. I open the door and look around, but can't see anything amiss, so I walk around to the storage cupboard at the back, thinking maybe something fell off a shelf, and I don't want to have to clean up a bigger mess later, but again, nothing is out of place.

I shut it up and grab the picture frame off the side, but it's then knocked from my hand, smashing on the floor.

"What the -" I exclaim, to be pressed to the wall with a knife to my throat. "Do you really think you will get away with... What? Are you planning to cut my throat? Soul would -" I growl at Teena. She has a serious problem with me and Soul and seems to be the main bitch I have to deal with. But she seems to escalate it every time I have an altercation with her.

"Soul won't give a fuck! Are ya still that deluded?" I shove at her chest and she staggers backward, away from me with the knife though. "You fuckin' whore!"

"I'm not deluded about anything, and you'll find that's your title, not mine."

"Don't make me laugh! You 'ave a tattoo wi' Ryder's name, you make Doc cakes 'n' shitty little drawin's 'e 'as ta pretend ta like, 'n' let's not forget that ya spend a lot a time in the others rooms too. I know some a them stay in there! Gettin' a quick fuck in before ya move onta the next one 'n' the next room!?" Spews from her mouth.

"Again. I'm not you. Now, if you don't mind I - Argh!" I go to pick up the drawing when she stabbed the knife into my forearm. "Are you fucking crazy! Soul is -"

"Awww. 'Ave ta go tell Soul. Poor baby can't even fight 'er own battles? You're pathetic. Go on then, go cry like a baby 'n' -" She starts to mock me, but I need to get this looked at. So I bend down and grab the picture frame, leaving the broken glass for now, while I tighten my hand on the wound and make my way down to Doc's room, push open the door, and walk in.
