I was sitting in a room off to the side of where the wedding would be taking place getting my vocal chords quietly warmed up. It had been almost a week since I sang at the bar and met Chris Evans. I wanted to kick myself in the ass repeatedly because I never left him my number but he never left his for me with Gary.

Gary came walking in and smiled at me. I could tell he was nervous.

"You good? Not going to run are you?" I asked and he laughed.

"No way! Britney would hunt me down and kill me if I did." Gary said and I nodded. I walked over to my brother and hugged him. He sighed in our hug.

"Thank you." He said and I gave a small laugh.

"Welcome. I mean what are twin sisters for." I said and he smiled.

"You look beautiful." Gary said and I smiled doing a stupid little spin.

"I do know how to clean up ya know." I said and he laughed.

"Well, when I usually see you in scrubs, this is a nice look." Gary said and I smiled.

"Yeah well...I love my job what can I say." I said.

I worked in a nursing home as an aid, and I had since I finished nursing school. I was looking to move up in the nursing home working as an aid was fine but I knew I wanted to be able to do more. Most people wouldn't want to work in a nursing home because it's not always the best place, but I loved it and loved working there.

"Have you gone to check on Britney?" Gary asked and I shook my head.

"Not recently I was in there as I was getting ready. She seemed fine. Think she wised up and ran?" I asked with a laugh and Gary groaned, nervous.

"Can you just got check on her?" Gary asked and I nodded. As I went to walk out our mom, Iris, walked in where we were.

"Gary, I just checked on her, she is fine and ready to marry you." Iris said and she smiled at Gary and then at me.

"You look so lovely Eva." Iris said and I smiled.

"Thanks mom. But look at Gary! He looks amazing in his tux." I said and Gary just shook his head with a smile.

"He looks very handsome." Iris said.

I had to give it to my mother. She raised Gary and I alone. My father left her by our first birthday, said twins was too much for him to handle and he couldn't do it. Which always struck us as funny since he got remarried and had 3 kids with his new wife. He was invited to the wedding, and we were told he would be there, but he was a guest and had no say in anything or no roles in the wedding.

"Uh, Gary I need to talk to you alone...for a minute." Iris said and looked at me. I giggled.

"Mom, it's a little late for the birds and the bees talk." I said and she glared at me.

"We will be in the hallway." Iris said as they walked out and I watched them leave being secretive.

***GARY POV***

I walked out with my mom to the hallway.

"What's going on?" I asked and she sighed.

"You know how with the aquarium itself being open they didn't want wedding crashers?"

"Yeah..." I said confused.

"Well, someone is trying to get in saying they had an invite by word of mouth. I didn't want to tell your sister because it might be a freak out for her." Iris said and I knew instantly who it was. I rushed to where people were coming in at. I saw Chris standing there and I sighed.

"He's good, last-minute add-on." I said to the worker, and they nodded. Chris came over and shook my hand.

"Thanks for coming." I said.

"Thanks for the invite." Chris said and I smiled.

"Chris this is my mom, Iris." I said and he shook her hand.

"Pleasure to meet you." Iris said and smiled.

"Geneva around?" Chris asked.

"You are a surprise for her." I said and Chris.

"Perfect. Well, where should I sit?" Chris asked.

"Mom, can he sit up front with you, so no one bugs him?" I asked and she nodded.

"Of course, your father is still 3 rows back?" Iris asked and I sighed.

"Yes mom." I said and Chris looked confused, and I slightly shook my head. A worker came walking up to me.

"It's time. Geneva needs to start playing soon." She said and I nodded.

"Mom, go ahead and get escorted in." I said and she smiled. She looked at Chris.

"Do you mind?" Iris asked.

"No ma'am." Chris said. She linked her arm in his and they walked away.

I walked back to where Geneva was, and I heard her humming the song to herself.

"Ready? The want you to play a little bit of the song while we all walk in and then sing when Britney walks in." I said and Geneva smiled.

"I never thought I sang as a joke to make you kiss her would be the song, she chose to walk down the aisle to." Geneva said and we laughed.

"We love the song." I said. Geneva gave me a huge hug.

"I love you bro. Britney is amazing so don't screw this up." Geneva said and I laughed.

"Good advice, thanks." I said and Geneva walked out.

***GENEVA POV***

I left my brother to go back and meet with the groomsmen and walked to the makeshift aisle and the planner told me when to walk down the aisle and I headed straight to the piano. I saw my mom and smiled and then I saw who was beside my mom and panicked. He just smiled and gave me a wink. I huffed a surprised laugh and started playing music as the guys all walked in and lined up. The officiant then nodded at me, and I started singing as bridesmaids came walking down the aisle.

🎵 There you see her
Sitting there across the way
She don't got a lot to say but there's something about her
And you don't know why, but you're dying to try
You wanna kiss the girl
Yes, you want her
Look at her, you know you do
It's possible she wants you too
There's one way to ask her
It don't take a word, not a single word
Go on and kiss the girl
Sha-la-la-la-la-la
Oh my, oh my, don't wanna be too shy
Go on and kiss the girl
Sha-la-la-la-la-la
Ain't that sad, it ain't a shame, too bad
Don't wanna miss the girl🎵

"Everyone please stand." The officiant said as Britney came walking down the aisle escorted by her father. I kept playing and singing.

🎵 Now's your moment
Floating in a blue lagoon
You better do it soon, no time will be better
She don't say a word
And she won't say a word until you kiss the girl
Sha-la-la-la-la-la
Oh my, oh my, don't wanna be too shy
Go on and kiss the girl
Sha-la-la-la-la-la
Ain't that sad, it ain't a shame, too bad
Don't wanna miss the girl🎵

I finished playing as she reached my brother and I smiled. I got up and looked at Chris slightly shaking my head and went to stand behind my brother. He gave me a quick glance and I shook my head and he smiled. I looked back over to Chris, and he subtly shrugged, and I went back to the wedding.
