I was working on the flyers and posters for the new play in the office at the theater when the door opened, and I smiled seeing Chris walk in. The secretary, a little old grey-haired woman who was in her late 70s stopped him, she had a slight crush.

"Chris! What do we owe this pleasure?!" Maryann asked.

"Well, I obviously came to see you." Chris said and kissed her cheek. I smiled and shook my head. Maryann had worked at the theater since Chris was a kid.

"Such a charmer." Maryann said.

"Yeah, he thinks he is." I said and she laughed as Chris just looked at me.

"I charmed you, didn't I?" Chris asked walking over to me and gave me a small kiss.

"Nope, I charmed you." I said and he laughed but nodded as Lisa came walking into the office.

"Chris, are you distracting my workers?" Lisa asked sarcastically.

"No!" Maryann answered.

"Yes." I said at the same time. "He is being very distracting. Telling lies too!" I said and Chris looked at me in shock.

"Think we should kick him out?" Lisa asked and I nodded.

"Yep, put him on snack duty!" I said and he laughed.

"Why do you hate me?" Chris asked and smiled at him.

"Come on movie star, I'll even help you." I said as we headed into the theater and started getting the snacks set up. "So, what are you doing here?" I asked.

"Well, I wanted to see how you were settling in here." Chris said. I have been at the theater now for two weeks. Everything was perfect and I really enjoying myself and felt like I fit in perfectly.

"Chris, you don't need to keep checking up on me. I'm fine. Your mom makes sure of it all day." I said and Chris smiled. Once we had the cookies on the tray and the juice all ready I called for the kids that were rehearsing on the stage. They came running. Before they got to us Chris grabbed 2 cups of juice and cookies.

"Follow me." He said and we I quickly followed him to a set of stairs and we headed up to the small balcony.

"Does anyone come up here?" I asked and he shook his head, he then took me to the back row and I noticed it was in the shadows.

"I always used to hide up here." Chris said and I laughed.

"You bring your other girlfriends up here?" I asked as Chris handed me a cup of juice and I took a cookie.

"All my other girlfriends? Sweetie, how many do you think I had in high school?" Chris asked.

"3 or 4. The one was an iffy relationship." I said Chris groaned.

"You working with my mother is becoming a problem." Chris said and I gave a small laugh. Chris quickly moved his lips to mine to get me to stop laughing. Once we broke apart, I just looked at him.

"I want 5 minutes alone with you, I won't get that if you let it know we are up here. We can't be seen even from the stage." Chris said and I smiled, leaning towards Chris our lips connected again and he growled in the kiss as I ran my tongue along his lip seam looking for entrance, which he quickly allowed. Once we broke apart, he was smiling at me.

"So, answer my question..." I said and he sighed.

"You are the only one I brought up here." Chris said and smiled shaking my head.

"Not sure I believe you, but I will...for now." I said and took another drink of the juice. Chris just shook his head with a smirk.

"Hey so what time are you off tonight?" Chris asked and I shrugged.

"Probably around 5 or 6." I said.

"Okay well, tonight when you get home, an outfit will be laid out waiting for you, I need you to not ask questions and just get changed and ready." Chris said and I looked at him oddly.

"What are you planning?" I asked.

"A date night with my girlfriend...is that a problem?" Chris asked and I shook my head with a smile.

"No way. Can I have a hint?" I asked and Chris shook his head and I sighed. "Chris, you know how I feel about surprises..." I said and he nodded. He just leaned in closer to me and brushed his lips to mine.

"Can you just trust me?" Chris whispered and I sighed but nodded as he placed his lips on mine and I moaned quietly in the kiss as it got a little deeper. As we sat making out like some teenagers, we didn't have a care in the world.

"Hey Chris! When you are done making out with Eva, she can get back to work." Lisa yelled from the stage, and we broke apart and I laughed.

"I thought no one knew we were up here?" I questioned.

"Ma see's all I guess." Chris said. "Give us 5 minutes!" Chris yelled and I laughed shaking my head. I gave him one more quick kiss and stood up.

"Walk me back to my desk?" I asked and he nodded. He took my hand as we headed back to the office.

"So tonight, I will come home and get ready to go. Do we have a set time to be ready by?" I asked.

"7." Chris said and I smiled and nodded. We got to my desk and I sat down.

"Alright, be home soon." I said.

"I may be out but just be ready to go at 7." Chris said and I looked at him oddly.

"Everything okay?" I asked.

"Everything is perfect." Chris said giving me another small kiss. "Now get back to work. I love you." Chris said and I giggled.

"I love you too." I said and Chris walked out.

***CHRIS POV***

I walked into the theater and saw my mom getting the kids back from break and I walked up to her.

"Hi Chris!" Most of the kids yelled and I smiled and gave a small wave.

"Hey guys! I just need Miss Lisa for a minute." I said and we walked off to the side of the stage.

"What's wrong?" Lisa asked and I just smiled at her.

"I'm doing it tonight. I have it all planned out and everything. Nothing is going to stop me, I made sure the weather is clear and everything but I'm doing it tonight." I said and she gave a small squeal.

"It's time Chris." Lisa said and I nodded.

"It is, tonight is the night I finally ask Geneva to be my wife."
