𝖎𝖙 𝖍𝖆𝖉 𝖇𝖊𝖊𝖓 𝖆 𝖋𝖊𝖜 𝖒𝖔𝖓𝖙𝖍𝖘 𝖘𝖎𝖓𝖈𝖊 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝖘𝖕𝖑𝖎𝖙 𝖔𝖋 𝖙𝖍𝖊 𝖆𝖛𝖊𝖓𝖌𝖊𝖗𝖘 𝖆𝖓𝖉 𝖒𝖞 𝖗𝖊𝖙𝖚𝖗𝖓 𝖙𝖔 𝖐𝖆𝖒𝖆𝖗-𝖙𝖆𝖏. when i had stepped back into the sunlit court yard i was hit with the news of the ancient ones passing. i was shocked obviously, she had been the first to accept me here and now she was gone. i learned of the battle against the dark dimension and the hero that came out of it all, dr. stephen strange. he had defeated dormammu and saved the world as we know it making him the new sorcerer supreme.
wong was the one that took me to meet him in the new york sanctum where he was posted. he said juno had been living there as well at the ancient one's request before the battle broke out. "she said juno had missed the city." he told me as we made our way to the doors of new york sanctum. "is she alright?" i had been extremely nervous at the lack of information about her, especially considering there was a battle here. "she is well. though i hope you don't get worked up over her training." wong said simply as he opened the door for the two of us. my head snapped over to him immediately, "what do you mean training?"
he pursed his lips with raised brows before stepping through the magical doorway. "wong!" i stomped through after him into the new area. the wind hit my face as i entered the main room of the magical building. i grabbed his shoulder making him stop before he could make his way up the stairs. "wong i didn't want her involved in this. jesus christ she's ten!" he sighed shaking my hand from his shoulder. "we trained her in case of an emergency. nothing major, however, it was left up to you when you returned whether or not she would continue." he spoke with a straight face as he usually did but in truth, he was trying to comfort me.
i huffed and began to follow him up the stairs. "is she good?" i asked as we turned a corner and a man neared our vision. he wore the cloak of levitation and the classic dark blue robes as he sat floating in the air reading a spell book. as we got closer i could see the familiar head of hair casting streams of gold at her fingertips. "she's just like her mother." wong said once we got a clear view of them.
a sling ring was placed on her small hand and she worked the simple spells like a pro. ahead of her, the doctor shut his book loudly now peering over at wong and i. "well i was wondering when the avenger was gonna show up." his feet touched the ground as he placed the book on a small table at his right. his words made juno whip around to us as she dropped her magic immediately. "mom!" she scrambled over to me quickly and tackled me into a hug which i immediately returned. i picked her up still not letting the hug go as her arms now wrapped around my shoulders and her legs went around my waist.
