"that's not possible," mj said assuming makeshift karate poses next to her stunned friend. "i-i am spiderman in my world but then yesterday i don't know i was just...here." the newly entered peter parker began to scope his surroundings, quickly finding that the only threatening thing in the new room was whatever created that portal he had just jumped through. a small pang hit his chest at the familiarity of the portal as it fizzled away into nothing. the color was different than hers had been but the look of it was something g he hadn't seen in a very long time.

he pushed the nostalgia out of his thoughts before he focused back on the teenagers who hadn't moved an inch since his appearance. his brain began to go into a spiral at the possibilities of all of this happening as he wandered towards the kitchen mindlessly. "string theory, multidimensional reality, and matter displacement...all real?" the two nodded slowly still watching the babbling man closely as he pumped his fist happily. "this has to be because of the spell," ned attempted to whisper to mj but peter's heightened hearing caught the words instantly. he whipped around excitedly,"the spell? like magic spell? you guys have magic here too?"

"no no no there's no spell. t-theres no magic...well i mean there's magicians and- what ow!" ned's stuttering ended after a firm elbow connected with his side making him be quite. "shut. up." the girl said out of the side of her mouth as her hard stare stayed on the stranger before her. she cleared her throat and nervously rolled her shoulders back,"prove it." peter's brow raised as the blunt question. "prove what exactly?" he asked looking between the two quizzically. "prove that you're peter parker," mj clarified with the same blunt tone as before.

"i don't carry an id with me it kinda defeats the whole purpose of the masked hero thing-," in a flash a roll from the dinning room table was thrown at him hitting his chest before falling to his feet. peter looked at it trying to stifle a laugh as he looked back up to the girl who had thrown it at him who was once again striking a karate pose of some sort. "why'd you do that?" he asked with a small smile and shrug of his toned shoulders. "i was trying to see if you had the tingle thing," mj replied as ned fell into a copied stance that he had seen doctor strange do. " i have the tingle thing just not for bread." mj was quick to snatch another roll from the bowl on the table ready to throw it again.

"can you not throw the bread again? ok i get it you're a deeply mistrusting person but i respect it," peter stretched his arm up and did a little jump connecting the pads of his fingers to the ceiling allowing him to hang there before them, "happy?" mj made little circles with her index finger, "crawl around."
