I awoke the next morning with a ping in my head and slight nausea. Wow that wine did a number on me. I realize Sebastian isn't next to me, so I stand up to start to look for him when I hear Deek behind me.

"Good morning Athena! Mr. Sallow has asked me to tell you that he had promised Mr. Gaunt he'd be at breakfast with him today." Deek says smiling and then going on with his business.

"Thank you Deek." I say grabbing my head trying not to hurl.

I decide to take the floo powder and head to the common room to take a hot shower.

"Look who is back after ditching the party again." Imelda says smirking at me as I walk through the girl dormitory.

"Imelda feeling better are we?" I say smirking back at her.

"Yeah, but going up to the hospital wing was a terrible decision. They're making me cancel quidditch practice! Can you believe that?" She says slightly annoyed.

"Well don't take drinks from a Pratt next time." I say rolling my eyes at her.

"Oh come on, he could of done worst and you know it. Who cares about a stupid love potion? What's your problem anyway! Where did you and Sallow go before the party. You know I'm still mad about that and I think I deserve a explanation." She says in a snarky but playful manner.

"Let me take a shower and try and get rid of this hangover first before you go asking me a billion questions." I say grabbing new clothes and a towel heading into the bathroom.

Imelda follows me into the bathroom " fine take a bloody shower, but I'm standing right here so you can tell me everything."

"Ugh. Fine whatever." I say not wanting to talk anymore but agreeing because I don't want to argue with her. I don't have the energy.

"Sebastian took me to a beautiful cave off of the black lake. It was so warm, and inside the cave it was beautiful, almost like stars at the top of the cave. He set up another picnic with wine. I was completely shocked by it. We then came to the party and Garreth poisoned everyone with his stupid potions that he can't help but make.... And then we had your man take you to the hospital wing and I looked for Poppy, that nitwit better had been a perfect gentleman with her Imelda. I swear to god if he made her do anything she wouldn't of agreed to sober." I say with gritted teeth.

"Poppy really loves him Athena, you should probably stop being so negative towards him. I know he's a dummy, but if Poppy likes him then we just have to trust her." Imelda says confidently.

"There are a million guys in the school, and she had to pick the one that pisses me off most. She just deserves the world and I hope he can give that to her." I sigh breathing in the steam from the shower.

"Sometimes we can just be there for our friends. We cannot control how they feel or who they feel it with.... She's smart Athena. Plus we don't have to marry the people we meet at a school." Imelda says rolling her eyes.

I stop washing my hair for a moment and really listen to what she just told me. "Are you okay Imelda?"

The room goes silent, all I can hear is the waterfall coming from the spout of the shower. I feel the steam rising through my bones trying to relax me but I fight against it.
