Goodbye for Now

Waking up the next day in my in dormitory, I immediately ran to the bathroom and emptied my stomach. Merlins Beard Garreth why did I drink all of that fire whisky? My head is spinning from the splitting headache I have.

Once I brush my teeth and get ready slowly, I make my way to the great hall. I sit down and reluctantly eat toast. My eyes are shut and my head is down trying to swallow what I have in my mouth. I'm never drinking again after this. Luckily it's the weekend so I have time to recover.

I look up for the first time, finding Ominis and Sebastian staring daggers at me.

"Feeling great this morning, are we?" Ominis says sarcastically with hint of Anger.

"Please stop shouting." I say putting hand on my face. Why is it so loud in here?

"Where did you go last night Athena? Why did you leave? What was SO important you Had to leave Anne?" Sebastian says impudently.

"I do have to talk about this right now?" I say feeling my food making its way back up my throat.

"Yes. We do."

"Alright Sebastian, I think this can wait.... She doesn't sound so good..." Ominis says getting up. "I'm going to take her back to the common room."

I can feel Sebastian eyes burning into me, "she really doesn't look good, maybe we should take her to the hospital wing."

"It's just a hangover." I say flatly. "And if you must know I went to talk to Greengrass to make sure he didn't do anything to Anne."

"You did what?"
"Excuse me?"
Ominis and Sebastian say at the same time.

"Nothing happened, he didn't do anything to Anne."

"Your idea was to go talk to Greengrass, while you were super drunk?" Sebastian says with wide eyes. "Merlin Athena..."

"That seriously was a terrible idea Athena..." Ominis says looking concerned.

I get up from the table. "Now if you excuse me, I have a date with the bathroom and then my bed. Gentlemen." I say nodding and rushing out of the great hall to the Slytherin Common Room.

After a very long nap, I find a letter from a Natty in my bed.

Heard you have a rotten hang over.
I could actually use your company.
No better way to cure a hangover
With more alcohol!

I invited Poppy and Imelda as well.

I'm actually feeling so much better, so I get dressed in warm clothes, as I am always freezing. Making my way to the Floo Flame, let's go to Hogsmeade.

Imelda, Natty, and Poppy are sitting at the back of the Three Broom Sticks laughing with each other while I walk up to them.

"Look who decided to show up!" Natty says smiling at me.

"I told you she was napping from drinking last night." Poppy says giggling.

"Athena, what happened to you last night? It's not like you to drink alone!" Imelda says looking at me concerned.

"Oh! Um...." I say not knowing what to say exactly. Amit really got me worked up, and now I know he wants to break my best friends heart....
