My private lessons with Professor Hecat we're getting harder to book with Sebastian having quidditch practice almost everyday with what free period they could find. We've had to do a couple of lessons without him.

I've mastered Occlumency pretty quickly, and Professor Hecat decided to teach me Legilimency which I was surprised about.

She was able to keep me out of most of her top secrete missions but I did learn about some of her time here at Hogwarts. I'm not sure how she was able to control what I saw, that is some mastery I would like to learn some day.

I've also concurred the Imperius curse. It was simple compared to Occlumnecy.

"Now the Cruciatus Curse. I know from your memories that Mr. Sallow use it on you. However, his was very very weak. He had to truly mean it in order to curse you. However, if a true dark wizard were to curse you with that curse it would feel different. Mainly because Mr. Sallow hasn't mastered the art, the next person who casts it, probably had mastered it. That being said, I was an unspeakable, I have seen many things in my life time.... I truly believe that with your ancient magic, there might just be a way to protect yourself from this unforgivable." Professor Hecat says animatedly.

I wasn't looking forward to this curse. At all.

"Now just like Imperio you need to do the same, but instead of you, focus your Ancient Magic. Control your emotions." She says aiming her wand at me. "Are you ready?"

"No, but who ever is. Go." I say sharply.

I shut my eyes focus my mind on my an inner point at my chest. Taking a deep breath in, and a long breath out. Another deep breath in, and a long breath out. I feel my ancient magic flicker inside me ready to spark.

"Crucio!" I hear Hecat say but nothing happens.

I look up at her.

"Sorry, I've never been good at this curse... give me a moment." She says looking disappointed. "I might not be able to do this one. I just can't bring myself to hurt you.... I may need some assistance. Would you mind waiting here for a moment?" She says scurry off.

I stand there very confused... while I wait I sit on a desk and breath. Focusing on the point in my chest. "Control your magic..." I whisper to myself. This was the first time I was trying to really control my magic... and it felt good to breath and focus. I feel my magic, I feel it running through

my chest
my heart
My veins
I feel it's cold heat
It rushes through my fingers
And toes

I hear a noise and I open my eyes and see blue.

"Whoa whoa, Athena it's just Professor Hecat and Professor Sharp! He's come to help me with our lesson!" Hecat says moving closer to me. "What are you doing exactly?" She says as my eyes are fluttering to try and focus on her.

"Sorry Professor, I was trying to focus on my magic like you said. I think it was working." I say feeling relaxed. I turn my head to see Sharp walk up slowly next to Hecat.

"That was amazing... I've never seen anything like that before... I knew I had talked to Professor Fig about your skill, and had seen you some under the school that night... but what you just did... wow..." Sharp says impressed.
