Two Months Later
August

(Athena)

It's not so hot for a summers morning. Professor Weasley is gaveling us take our NEWTs by the end of this week.

I'm feeling really down about not going back to Hogwarts this year. I find myself reflecting the past two years. I wished I could of had more time. But Alas, I must stop feeling badly about this and write this book.

I had two months to write it, and I'm halfway done. I'm writing about how ancient magic became, how witches and wizards had ancient magic, but it was more powerful back then. Yes, more powerful than my ancient magic.

People use to believe people who believe some of the wizards (like Zeus and Hades) were the all powerful.

Now some wizards and witches did create many things, like music, plates, herbs, they could even control the elements too. They were able to wield Water, earth, fire, and air.

However like many stories told, one wizard thought he was above it all. He would create chaos in a the world, which other wizards had to control.

Wizards from around the world had to come together to create a harmony.

So that we could live as one.

However, they decided that witches and wizards did not belong in the regular world.

We would stay hidden, and try to keep our enemies at bay, protecting muggles.

There always seems to be a Hero, and a villain to every story.

I also have learned to wield my ancient magic differently.

It's not just a strong magic that helps protect us.

It's a magic that when learned correctly, can create magic things on this plant.

I've secretly been using it on Sebastian while he is asleep at night. I try and ease his pain, grief, and anxiety. I don't take it away, I just use my magic to ease it.

It doesn't last long, but he doesn't get nightmares anymore.

I don't sleep much, I'm still living with the pain of losing my family. Im trying to figure out how to take down the Magnolias Brothers from the Inside. How to gain there trust. Make them believe I am on there side.

It's definitely going to be a challenge.

I've have learned of my history. CATO, I looked exactly like her, from her hair to her toe. She was my very distant grandmother. My family has not seen ancient magic, until I came along.

"Athena..." I hear Sebastian say wrapping his arms around me.

"What are you doing up?" I say leaning into his embrace.

"I should be asking you that, and why are you always outside? You realize it's 4 in the morning, right?" Sebastian says with a chuckle.

I roll my eyes and smile at him "well then I guess I should be saying good morning then?"

"How can I help you? You haven't been sleeping at all... your starting to get bags under your eyes. Rest might help you clear your head..." Sebastian says hesitantly.
