Light in the Dark // Sebastian Sallow

What Happened?

(Sebastian)

My heart breaks, I should of stayed with her. That explosion.... I tell everyone to head back to the castle now, and I disapearate to the castle to get Athena Back.

The once castle, now rubble.

My heart is pounding "Athena.." I whisper running into the rubble.

"ATHENA?" I say louder and I spot her on the floor "no no no Athena no..." she's alive I feel her heart beat but very faintly. I pick her up and head back to the infirmary at Hogwarts.

"Sebastian Sallow! What on earth another injured student at this hour?" Nurse Blainey puzzled "what happened Sebastian? Set her down right here.. I'll get starts right away!"

I look at Athena as she lays there unconscious. "Sebastian Sallow you need to leave I need to evaluate her right now. Go." Nurse Blainey spat out

"I promise you as soon as you can be in here I will have you, for now go."

I walk a few paces back but I don't leave.. I can't leave her, if anything happens to her while I'm gone....

Professor Weasley, Black, and Hecat walk up the stairs and look straight at me. I could care less what they think. Honestly, it doesn't matter at the moment. They walk in and talk to Nurse Blainey who has been working on Imelda, Poppy, Amit, and Athena non stop for hours.

Professor Weasley comes out to me. "Sebastian, Natsai Onai told us what had happened. What you all did was extremely dangerous, you broke over 10 school rules. I know your worried about Ms. Johnson, however I can reassure you she is going to be okay. Nurse Blainey needs the girls to rest. No visitors, go back to your common room. I will inform you when she wakes. I promose."

I'm hesitant and look over her shoulder to see Athena sleeping. I shake my head and head to the common room.

It's 12 am, I go and shower, getting today off of my body. The hot water feels amazing against my skin. I head into the dorm to get clothes and Ominis was up "what happened Sebastian? Are you guys alright?"

At his words i feel myself break, tears running down my eyes turns into sobs I can't control.

He comes over to me and hugs me "oh Merlin Athena's okay right? Sebastian?" I say shakily

"they say she'll be okay Ominis, but Merlin I hope there right." He stops hugging me and takes my shoulder.

"What happened?" Ominis says concerned.

I explain what happened in the library and how we all went and saved Poppy.

"You should of saw the explosion Ominis... I thought for sure she was..."

"We'll we can't stay here, we must go to the hospital wing." Ominis says determined.

"It's not like you to rule break like that, But I agree I was just about to leave." I put in my clothes and we sneak up to the hospital wing. We grab chairs and we both hold Athena's hands.

Athena had almost destroyed herself to try and save us. Professor Weasley was not happy when she found Ominis and I sleeping In chairs next to Athena's bed.

Imelda and Poppy must of left because
they weren't in the hospital wing. "Mr. Gaunt! Mr. Sallow! I told you Sebastian I would tell you when she's awake. Both of you go." She says disapproving our stay last night.

"20 points from Slytherin." She remarks.

Professor Weasley would not let us skip classes to see Athena. I would spend every last waking moment with Athena if I could. I also snuck back into the hospital wing every night, and made sure to leave early to not be caught.
