Merry Christmas

I stretched my arm out to try and cuddle with Sebastian in bed before getting up, but to my disappointment he was already gone.

With a sigh and reluctance I raise from the bed slowly running my temples to wake myself up.

"'Merry Christmas." I hear Sebastian whisper as he enters the room with a tea in his hand.

"Merry Christmas, love.. what time did you wake up?" I say smiling happily at him.

"About two hours ago! You slept in. I've already made breakfast if you would like to join me." He says kissing my cheek and handing me the tea.

"Sebastian, thank you. For all of this. Your making this holiday so lovely." I say taking a sip of my tea.

"The holidays after I lost my parents was the most difficult one. I'm here for you today. I love you. I'll see you down stairs?" He says kissing my hand before heading out the door with a smile.

I close my eyes for a moment.

He is absolutely right.

How the hell am I going to get through today?

This time last year my we were at my parents house, Ominis ha proposed to Anne, Sebastian and my father were bonding in ways I didn't even know about, my lovely mother was cooking and making us laugh.

I miss them so much.

And Andrew.

My dear Andrew.

Breath Athena.

You have Sebastian.

You have Anne.

You have Ominis.

Poppy, Garreth, Imelda, and Natty.

They aren't leaving you.

Let's get up and go eat breakfast with the love of you life.

I wipe my eyes with a spare handkerchief I found next to Sebastian's bed table, and get dressed into a beautiful red dress, it flows perfectly over my rounded stomach.

It makes me smile, I feel beautiful. My long blonde hair is braided down to my butt, and I have a green ribbon running around my head.

It's freezing, so I put on my slippers and finally make my way down stairs.

Anne and Ominis are sitting at the table enjoy some Breakfast, surprising me completely.

"Good morning Athena, Merry Christmas." Ominis says first making Sebastian and Anne look up at me.

Anne rushes over to me and gives me the biggest, warmest bear hug I have even felt.

"Merry Christmas Anne!" I say happily with a small laugh as a pull away from her.

"Athena you look so beautiful this morning. This dress, your hair. Your glowing." She says holding my stomach.

"Thank you.." I say blushing "you look so beautiful today as well Anne, is that a new dress? And shoes?" I say with eyebrows raised.

"Ominis gifted them to me this morning! I couldn't resist. For being blind he has such good taste." She says happily.

"I may have helped in out a little." I say in a whisper.

Anne laughs a pushes my arm playfully. "You kept a secrete from me! Wow I'm amazed."

I roll my eyes "yeah, yeah, I'm starving let's eat?"

Before I sit down Sebastian wraps himself around me and kisses me. "You look so beautiful." He says twirling me around looking at me fully. Then he reaches for my chair and pulls it out for me.

Dinner was absolutely Devine.
Deek came and insisted he cook dinner for us. The food was just as good as we were at Hogwarts. It was delicious. He cooked us turkey, roast beef, roast potatos, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, gravy, Christmas pudding, minces pies, and all of the cookies you could dream of.

After dinner we made our way to the living room where there was a beautiful tall evergreen tree draped in beautiful colors making it feel and smell so festive.

We exchanged gifts, laughing all night until Ominis and Anne bid them Ado.

Deek tells us that Professor Weasley would love nothing more then to see her good friend become a house elf to her loving students and will release him of his duties at Hogwarts at the end of the year.

We tell Deek how excited we are to have him in the family, and remind him that he can go visit Professor Weasley whenever he likes. He is a free elf. We will never take that away from him. He will never feel like a slave in our home.

Deek says his goodbyes and heads back to Hogwarts. Leaving Sebastian and I to ourself at last.

"What an incredible evening." I say happily making my way to the stairs.

"It was an incredible first holiday in our home. Next year it will be with children. It will be beautiful. Just as you are tonight." Sebastian says pulling me close to him.

"Sebastian...." I say in a whisper closing my eyes pressing my head against his.

He lifts me up and we head to the bedroom.

Where we enjoy many more Christmas gifts to eachother.
