I wake up panting.

Screaming.

Sweat bleeding through my clothes.

"Athena, shhh it's okay your safe!" I hear a deep familiar say close by to me.

He pulls me in and I immediately smell Sebastian. My Sebastian....

"S.. Sebastian?" I say with a stutter completely confused tears going down my eyes.

He pulls me into an embrace that soothes me more than any words could.

"You're here love. I have you. Your safe." He says crying himself.

I pull away from him and grab his face looking at him as if it was the first time. His eyes. I love those eyes.

He wipes my tears away, and kisses me.

"Come, I'll make you something to eat and you get a bath." He says smiling at me.

I don't get out of bed.

My heart hurts.

What happened...

"What's wrong Athena?" Sebastian says watching me.

"Andrew...." I say starting to remember what happened. I look right into Sebastian's eyes "I used an unforgivable .... On Mrs. Sweeting... I.... I killed her Sebastian... but she...sh... she killed...." I can't even get the words out my mouth and I feel myself shaking.

"Athena, who did she kill...." Sebastian says rushing in front of me taking my hands.

I look at him for a long moment.

"No... she didn't kill.... Not Andrew... oh Athena, I'm so sorry. Athena shhhh. I've got you." He says as I completely lose it grabbing me and holding me tight.

Once I calm down he takes my chin "you did the right thing, I clearly would of done the same, Without thought, no hesitation. That whole army will pay for what they have taken from you Athena. I promise they will. I will be right by your side. Grieve, it's okay to grieve. You need to."

"I want to destroy them all Sebastian. I can't... my ancient magic..." I say remembering why my ancient magic isn't working...

"Salis said your Ancient Magic wouldn't work for you... I've been trying to wrap my mind around that. How is that possible?" Sebastian says looking at me concerned.

I bit my lip trying to figure out the right words to tell him the truth.

He looks up at me concerned.

I take a deep breath.

"They used the Cruciatus Curse on me ... a lot. I learned how to control the cruciatus curse with my ancient magic. However, my ancient magic wasn't protecting me anymore. It was preoccupied trying to protect... something else." I say with a small smile... and a cringe.

"Something ... else? .....Like; what? Andrew?" Sebastian says looking at me very confused.

I shake my head.

I take his head and guide it to my lower stomach.

Sebastian eyes widen at the movement.

"Are you pregnant?" Sebastian says breathless.

"My ancient magic was trying to protect them...." I say with a small smile.

"Them? Wait... okay, how do you know.... Twins?" Sebastian says getting on the bed but still holding my stomach looking extremely puzzled.

I give him a smile and a small laugh.

"I guess I should start at the beginning...." I say cringing.

"How about we get you some food because you haven't eaten it probably two months and I've just learnt you have my babies. So come on. We'll talk and eat." Sebastian says taking my hand and guiding me up.

I shake my head in agreement, I feel so incredibly nauseous. It's probably because I am hungry and pregnant all at the same time.

"Athena!" Anne running to my aid and giving me a huge hug.

"Anne look at you! You look like a whole new person!" I say cupping her face. She has no dark circles. She has some weight to put on but that's okay.

"Let me make you guys some food! How about you go Bathe?" Anne says shooing me into the bathroom.

"Thank you Anne..." I say feeling weak.

Sebastian helps me bathe, setting up the tub.

"So twins?" Sebastian says smiling.

"Believe it or not, that gene comes from the mother. It tends to skip a generation. So I think it was my fault." I say with a chuckle getting into the tub. "However, has Anne told you?"

"Has Anne told me what?" Sebastian says looking confused again.

I roll my eyes. "Sebastian, okay.. when I cured Anne, I told her that she couldn't have kids. The curse took her eggs..." I sat looking down.

"Oh.... Okay... so the twins you saw in the vision.... They were... ours?" Sebastian says trying to understand what I'm saying.

"They called her mom Sebastian..." I say trying to make him realize what I'm saying.

Sebastian takes a beat.

"Visions don't always come true Athena" Sebastian says look me In the eyes trying to make me feel hope.

"I think we need to give Anne and Ominis the twins... to keep them safe..." I say with tears In my eyes.

"Keep them safe? Athena they are moe safe with us then with anyone...."

"They will always be In danger if anyone finds out there mine." I almost shout at him.

"That's not bloody true. We'll run, we'll go to America. We can protect them. There's another way Athena! We will find another way." Sebastian says trying to plead with me.

"The gift Cato gifted me with knowledge... I can also sometimes see things. Like a seer. I've looked at this .... There is no other way. They will always find us. If we don't do another about it now, they'll kill them. Before they even have a start. I don't want that. Not for them...I have seen what these people do.... What he makes them do. " I say with tears running down my eyes not looking at Sebastian.

Sebastian head is leaning on the tub, he's facing away from me.

"We don't have to talk about this now. You have been through so much Athena, just... let me enjoy the moment of having you back. Please." Sebastian says with heartache behind his tone.

With a lump I'm my throat I sit in silence. I don't want to close my eyes because I'll just see my parents.. and Andrew.

I feel all of the earth crushing down on my chest.

It pulls me down.

"I know what your feeling right now..." Sebastian says looking at me with pity.
"It feels as if the gravity is forcing you down into the unknown. If anyone can understand you right now, it's Me." Sebastian says cupping my cheek.
"You're not alone Athena, if anyone understands a grieving process, it's me, And Anne of course. Whatever your feeling, tell me. We'll handle it together." Sebastian says with compassion.

I stand up from the bath, and he wraps me in a towel and hugs me. He puts his forehead against mine and we stand in a comfortable silence for a moment until we hear a knock on the door.

Through the door we hear Ominis say "Anne has asked me to come tell you that breakfast is ready. I apologize if I interrupted anything. Also hello Athena Darling." We hear footsteps walking away from the door.

Sebastian and I just look at each other and laugh for a moment.

"Come on, get changed. I'll meet you in the kitchen?" Sebastian says opening the door for me. Giving me that smirk he loves to give.

"I'll meet you in the kitchen then." I say smiling at him as I walk out the door.
