After gathering all the necessary information on the whereabouts of Rachel Amber, and witnessing what happened to Max and Chloe, Dio goes to the dump where Rachel Amber's body is buried, which brings her back to life thanks to her powers, also allowing them to obtain a Stand.

"Who are you, and how did I end up in this dump?"

"Nice to meet you Rachel, I have to say that you are much more charming live than in this photo. I am Dio Brando, the one who saved your life and gave you enormous power."

"It's a joke, right? What powers are you talking about?"
