"He's... what." I covered my mouth with my hand in disbelief. 

I could see a shiny glint of water in Nene's eyes. "I'm sorry, Rui. He won't make it."

"You're fucking lying. Don't play with me Nene." My right hand began to clench into a fist.

She noticed that I was beginning to get a little riled up, and she took a step back.

"We've known each other for years, Rui. You know I won't lie about this stuff." Nene raised her voice out of anger. "Come on, just-"

"JUST WHAT? JUST ACCEPT THIS? WHAT TSUKASA IS GOING THROUGH? I CAN'T, NENE. I CAN'T." My fist crumbled like a piece of paper. "Bullshit I say."

Angrily, I walked out of the room. I could tell Nene and Emu were upset with me, but I was too afraid to look back at their disappointed faces. I bet they're mad at me... I bet they want to kill me. I bet Tsukasa's angry too... I can't even bare to think about how he's feeling right now, about what I just said. I'm so stupid...

That's all I am, anyway.

This must be another nightmare, right?

"Hey Rui! Wake up! Wake up!" A light squeaky voice called out into my ear.

I shot my head into the air. "HUH-?"

When I came into consciousness, I became aware that a small figure was standing in front of me, on my bed. It's hair was a bright shade of blue, and it's attire was... unique. Are those... red ears as well?

"Hey Rui!" The squeaky voice called out again. It's pronunciation didn't seem to be that good.

"Who are you...?" I softly spoke, as I sat up. "Are you a fairy??"

The small figure jolted. "A FAIRY?? No!! I'm Miku!"

"Miku? Never heard that name before." I gave her an unamused look which seemed to piss her off a bit. "Anyway, why are you here? I'm trying to sleep."

Miku sighed, but then smiled again. "I think you should go see Tsukasa."

Tsukasa...?

"Hey... how do you know about Tsukasa? Did he tell you?" I questioned Miku. 

She didn't seem to be fazed by my reaction at all, and proceeded to smile. 

"Don't ask any questions! I just think you should see Tsukasa, it'll be your only chance to actually enjoy some quality time with him, right? I mean... you do love him, yeah?" Miku smirked.

"I..." I paused for a second. "Yeah. I love him. With all my heart."

"THEN WHAT ARE YOU DOING?? TRYING TO SLEEP?? GO GET HIM YOU IDIOT!!" Miku grabbed me with her exceptionally small hands and threw me to the ground. "Oh.. I didn't realize you were missing a leg. My bad bro..."

"Thanks a lot, haha." I said sarcastically as I got up with my crutches.

"Your welcome, teehee! ~☆" Miku saluted as I walked out of the room.

"Tsukasa." I called as I walked into the room.

And there I saw him. An angel, a man of beauty. He was lying on his bed, probably unaware that I was even present in the room right now. His eyes seemed to be closed, but his face told me that he was having trouble going to sleep.
