I'm A What.

I slowly open my eyes seeing nates side of his bed empty untouched again.

This is the 4th time this week.

For the last week nate has been distant, we've barely spoken, he's been dodging me and just walks straight pass me when he sees me.

All over an argument over me worrying about his health as his future wife it's my job.

I'm so sick of it, he begged me to stay just to do this.

I mean last week he was so happy I said yes and he wanted me around and now he doesn't.

I hop out of bed and storm out of his room and head straight to his office. "Talia what's wrong" lola asks as I storm pass the living room.

I ignore all the questions and stares.

I open the door and walk straight over the him "what's your problem" I ask crossing my arms.

"What ever so do you mean" he says not looking up from his laptop.

"After the stupid argument over me worrying about my husband you wanna act like I don't exist" I snap.

He doesn't pay not one little bit of attention to me.

"So let me get this right, First you stop talking to me then you stop acknowledging me and know you won't even sleep in the same bed as me" I tell him.

He doesn't say anything "Nate" I say sturnly, he doesn't do or say a thing.

"Nathaniel" I slam my hand on his desk, "WHAT" he yells and slams his laptop close. "What is wrong with you" I ask.

"Nothing" he says trying to keep his cool.

"Nathaniel" I say glaring at him.

"What Talia, what" he says irritated.

"What is going on with you" I ask confused at his behavior.

"You know what since you wanna know so bad, your a distraction" he snaps. "I haven't gotten any work done since that night, and knowing you have a target on you I have to be extra careful and you distract me" he explains angrely.

"All you've done since you been here is really just be in the way off my work and what I need to do but you want to do everything your way and won't listen to a thing I say".

"The amount off work that I've put off to the side because of you is ridiculous and distancing myself from you is the only way I'm gonna get this shitload of work done which you clearly can't comprehend, thats why I've been getting away from YOU every chance i get" he huffs.

"Okay well you know what since I'm such distraction, how about this" I begin to take my ring off "Talia what are you doing" he watches me. "Don't" I slam the ring on his desk

I begin walking out of his office.

"Wait, Talia I didn't mean that" he says In a weak voice. I continue walking and slam the door behind me.

I ignore everybody and everything until I get to his room and I pack some things. I take my stuff to my car and drive without looking back.

I keep driving until i reach my house. I grab my bags out of my car and head to the door, I knock and a few seconds later the door opens.

"Mom" I say "hey hunny, what's wrong what happend, wheres nate" she notices my bags.

She looks at me and opens her arms, she indulges me in a hug I feel tears fill my eyes.

I drop my bags and hug her back, "I'm so sorry hunny" she says rocking us side to side.

"Hey hey whats wrong" Cole says. "Just take her bags up to her room".

She pulls me into the house and brings me over to the couch. "I know hunny I'm so sorry" she rubs my back.

I feel another set of arms wrapping around me, they were definitely renaes.

"If it makes you feel any better we have your favorite ice cream in the freezer" she says, I smile "cookie dough will always make me feel better" I say.

She hands me a spoon and mom turns on the TV and grabs a blanket.

I'm guessing they realized i didn't wanna talk about it cause they haven't asked.

...

We've watched a couple of movies and ate all the ice cream and I feel better being with two of my favorite people.

But as soon as the boys come asking question it's just gonna get worse.

~Nates pov~

"YOU DID WHAT" lola shouts at me, "nate are you a fucking idiot" Lori asks looking at me as if I am. "Dude." Angelo shakes his head at me.

"Ok maybe I am an idiot but what was I supposed to say" I ask, "not that" Christina snaps. "You NEVER ever EVER tell a women that especially if that women is your wife to be" lola says.

"Okay I see I made a dumbass mistake can you guys tell me how to fix this" I ask.

"You put this on youself" Lori says storming off.

"Give her some time" Christina say before she heads off.

Lola gives me a sympathetic look then follows them both.

"Not cool man" angelo looks at me In a way I've never seen.

"Nate hunny" my mother says a soothing voice "yes" I turn my attention to her.

"I know you don't have a clear understand when it comes to girls but you just ran off the girl you love, and it's not just affecting you it's affecting your siblings and cousins and her too" she says rubbing my back.

"There's alot you don't know when it comes to women and the way your father raised you I don't expect you to know alot but you need to understand what you have did too her and how she might feel".

"She might be a tuff one on the outside but she has a soft heart but around you she can't show too much of either cause of what you've put her through and because of your actions". She explains to me before patting my back and walking off.

I reach I'm my pants pocket and pull out the ring, something inside felt off as I fiddle with the ring.

Angelo pats my back before he heads for the stairs.

I screwed up big time...
