Hey guys so basically I made this second part bc the last part was 5 thousand words n I wasn't finna put yall through allat. Anyways back to dramaaaaa!!
"Talia, believe it or not you have alot of my traits but as a little girl you were just as your mom, you were soft, nice, and caring and it worried me, I wanted to make sure if you ever had to deal with anything you would be able to handle it yourself".
"I was put through all that shit because you thought I was a softy like mom?" I question.
"No offense" I look at her.
"But it worked, you know how to defend yourself and your with somebody who will make sure to keep you safe and that all I ever wanted" he says.
I see my eyes going blurry.
My mom gets up and signals everyone else to do so.
Everybody leave the room except me and my dad.
"Talia."
"Father."
"I Apologize, for everything" he says like he feels bad but doesn't at the same time.
"I can't say I except your apology but I can work on doing so, but I think I need a bit of time and space" I tell him honestly.
I wipe a little tear from my cheek.
"I'm fine with that" he cracks a little smile.
Weird. He never smiles.
I just can't believe he treated me the way he did for years all because he was worried about me being soft.
I get off the couch and go to the dinner room to where everyone is congregated at.
"Mom" I say signaling her to come.
"I'm really sorry for how this played out I truly didn't want this to go the way it did" I apologize as we walk away from the dinning area.
"You know Lia, even though it brought back some very traumatizing moments for me, I'm glad I don't have to keep lying to guys, you know I hate lying and everything to do with it, so I except your apology" she hugs me.
"What the rest say" I question looking at my siblings across the room.
"Well they are still surprised but they listened".
"I told them if they want a relationship with their grandparents they can have that, but if anything goes wrong or happends they promise to come to me".
"That's good mom".
"So what happened between you and your Father?".
"He apologized as well".
"Did you except it?".
"In time, told him we can work towards it".
She nods.
We circle back around making our way back to everybody else.

ALSO I was wondering would you guys like a mini prequel story based on Talias mom/Michelle's story??? Lowkey I have ideas.
If I did I would try to squeeze that between the story and the one im working on which I just KNOW yall are gonna love.
