When my alarm clock rang the next morning, I felt it was hard to get up as the long day before had left me very tired. But luckily, I didn't have to work in the laboratory today, and I could go out with Lo'ak to fulfill our bet.

I left my room and headed to the kitchen to prepare my breakfast. Along the way, I greeted some people I crossed paths with cordially. After a few minutes in the kitchen, Spider arrived. "Good morning, genius," he cheered, frantically rubbing my arms as he noticed my sleepy state.
I don't know how he did it, but Spider always seemed to have energy.

I laughed and replied with a joke, "Good morning, monkey. Do you want me to toast your bread?" I offered, as I was using the toaster at that moment.

With a smile, Spider approached the refrigerator and took some milk. "Sure, thanks," he said simply, while I finished preparing my breakfast.

After preparing my breakfast and Spider's, we sat at the small, cold table as always, to enjoy a comforting coffee with milk and some crispy toast. Despite Spider and I being very different, we always shared the mornings together and enjoyed each other's company.

While we were eating, we talked about our plans for the day. He was also going with the Sullys, but to do something much more exciting than me. He would meet Kiri to get some items that Mo'at had requested again, and then Kiri would introduce him to her majestic Ikran.

"And I swear, Della," Spider said, pointing threateningly at me with his toast, "Kiri is going to take me flying," he smiled dreamily. "If I have to wait for Lo'ak, I'll die of old age."

I took a sip of my coffee and said to him, "Don't be mean to Lo'ak," laughing softly. "Poor guy was really overwhelmed yesterday."

"I'm overwhelmed too, Della," Spider sighed as he looked into the distance and then met my gaze. "If I were like them, I would already have my own Ikran."

"I have no doubt about that," I said sadly, knowing how much Spider valued Na'vi culture and its people, and how unfair it was that he couldn't fully participate due to his physical limitations.

"But seriously, don't be mean to Lo'ak," I changed the subject, trying to dissipate the heavy atmosphere.

"Yes, Della," he looked at me with a mischievous smile. "As you wish."

I let out a giggle as I took a bite of my toast. "I hope Kiri takes you," I said without thinking. "It's something magical," I laughed, feeling embarrassed. "Of course, as long as you allow yourself to let go and don't scream like crazy thinking you're going to die," I remembered my own experience when Neteyam took me on his Ikran.

Spider looked at me with a playful smile, and finally burst into laughter. "Obviously, you were scared," he mocked.

Once we finished breakfast, we got ready and set off together towards where the Sullys were. As we walked, we continued discussing how beautiful and terrifying it was for me to fly on Neteyam's Ikran, which mostly resulted in laughter and teasing from Spider.

It was a warm and pleasant morning, and as we walked together, I realized that no matter how different he and I were, we always had fun and supported each other. I was immensely happy to have him in my life. After all, he was my brother.

Upon arriving with the Sullys, Lo'ak was surprisingly fast asleep. I took the opportunity to talk to Kiri and take note of her preferences for the mount, while waiting for Lo'ak to wake up. However, that never happened.

"Isn't he going to wake up?" I asked astonished, turning to Neteyam beside me, who was the only one awake and present. Spider and Kiri left as soon as she finished giving me the instructions, excited. Meanwhile, Tuk and Neytiri were still asleep, and Jake had gone out to attend to some tasks.
