The moment your shift was over, you got to work packing and cleaning everything up, confusing the group that resided in the shop with you. You were able to dismiss their worries with a wave of the hand and saying you needed to be at training right away, relived when they all nodded and went on their way. You didn't wait around in the shop after it was done being cleaned and instantly waved to the group, dismissing yourself into the shadow realm as Mk furrowed his brows.

He stared at the spot that had you in it for a while, the group nudging his shoulder and asking if he was ok, only to get the roll of his shoulders as a reaction. "Yeah, I just find it strange. Y/n usually gives me a few hugs before she leaves so suddenly and texts me her address. She also takes her training gear with her." Mk just sighed and shook his head, a smile gracing his face as he tried to remain unaware. "But maybe she really was in a hurry this time!" He dismissed, the group smiling and nodding before dragging him down the street to the play they were to go see.

You let out a gasp of air you were holding as you stumbled into your own room, accidentally knocking stuff off your desk and alerting the monkey on the couch downstairs. You cursed to yourself and used your foot to shut your door before lifting yourself up and off the ground you were on, using your bed to aid you. Once you were standing up, you looked around the room before your eyes fell on a box tied off with a purple ribbon.

You reached down and untied it, your chest tightening when you saw the red and black qixiong ruqun, jumping when there was a knock on the door. "Is everything alright? Can I come in?" You sighed when you heard it was just Macaque, walking over and unlocking the door for him, walking back to your bed. "If you need help just ask me, we have matching ones so I can assist if needed." Macaque spoke as he leaned against the door frame, a smile on his face as he watched you take the outfit out of the box, lifting it up to your face to observe it with a smile.

You let the clothing fall into your arms as you turned over to Macaque with a smile, easily noting that he already had his on. "I think I'll manage, just make sure none of my pets come up here." Macaque only nodded and grabbed the door knob, slipping out of the room as he gently shut the door with a soft click. You sighed and eyed the clothing up and down before nodding your head and set it down on your bed.

It took you a good while to understand and slip into it, but once you did, you couldn't help but smile at how pretty you felt. Its been a while since you've worn something so traditional, so you were worried you had tied or folded something wrong, so you walked downstairs to double check with Macaque. You had to shoo your animals away from your feet and grabbed a lint roller on the way down the steps, knowing both you and Macaque would need it.

Walking into the living room, you pushed your dogs back once more as Macaque paused the show he was watching to observe you. "Well look at you!" He laughed, standing up and walking over to you, grabbing you by the shoulders as he looked you up and down. "I don't think I've ever seen you this dressed up before. Oh, turn around you tied this wrong." You turned around and let Macaque do whatever adjustments he needed to your outfit, standing there awkwardly as he did so.

While you were turned around, Macaque took this as his chance to throw the cloak you were to wear on you, scaring you as you hadn't expected it. "Sorry, sorry. Here, stick your arms through here..." Again, he helped you with your clothing and gently guided you hands to where they needed to be, tossing the hood up over you head once done. "Perfect, you can't see your face. Even if you could, you'll be in a dark theater." He laughed as he turned around to retrieve his own cloak, leaving you to look at the floor with a guilty look.
