You woke up with a groan when someone leaped onto your bed and landed on your stomach. "Y/n, wake up, wake up!" Bai He shouted at you, a few of Goldfishes meows to accompany her giggles. Sitting up, you tackled the girl on the bed, listening to her shrieks and bundles of laughter as you tickled the girl halfway to death.

You were too caught up in getting your revenge that you didn't notice Macaque standing in the doorway, watching with a soft smile. "Someone's excited for today." He finally spoke out, flicking your bedroom light on. "Come on Māomī, let's let N/n get ready for today." Macaque opened your bedroom door more and gestured an arm for the girl to hop out of your room. Bai He only groaned as you stopped tickling her and slid off your bed with a frown.

As she sauntered out the door, Macaque made sure to ruffle her hair as she passed him, Goldfish trailing behind the girl. "Māomī? As in Kitty?" You questioned the simian, yawning and stepping out of the bed. "That's a cute one, I still need to think of an endearment to call her." You chuckled, walking over and unplugging your phone. Squinting at the brightness, you noticed that there were a thousand texts from Mk, mostly him just asking how your Saturday was going.

You jumped a little when you felt Macaque snake his arms around your waist and pulled you into a firm hug. "I still need one too, you know? Feels awkward when I call you Qīn'ài de and you just call me Macaque." He laughed, you just humming and let him hold you for a moment longer, the area growing silent. "I just thought, she likes cats so..." He continued to mumble, trying to keep the conversation going with you, his desperation imminent.

With a snort, you rolled your shoulder to push the monkey off you and tuned around to face him. "I'll think of one to give you and Bai He, now get out. I need to change." You told him as firmly as you could, Macaque just complaining as you pushed him out of the door. "Go make her some breakfast, just don't burn my house down." And with that, you shut your bedroom door and sighed, waiting and listening for Macaque's footsteps to walk away.

Once you were positive he was downstairs, you trecked over to you closet and opened it, squinting at your clothing options. Pushing many things to the side, you checked your weather app and noted that it was going to be chillier than what you'd thought it'd be. Reading the banner at the top, you came to know that it was because of LBD. She left so much ice that it would be a while before things would start heating up again, regrettably.

Pulling out a long sleeve turtle neck, you put that on before slipping into a pair of sweatpants, a cardigan laying dormant on your bed. You were going for comparability, not style this time around. Slipping on some socks, they had a few holes in them thanks to the monkey that lived with you, you shuffled out of your bedroom and to the bathroom.

After doing your routine on getting ready, a part of you missing Mk hugging your shoulder while you did so, you went downstairs. You were instantly rushed by your dogs, barking and licking at your pants, you just bending over and giving them quick pets. They trailed behind you as you walked through the living room and into the dinning area, Bai He sitting and waiting patiently.

Pulling a chair out, you sat down across from Bai He and watched as Macaque slowly walked over with plates in hand. "Careful, Māomī. It's hot." He warned her lightly, placing down your plate before sitting down right next to you. "Well, don't you look comfortable." He teased you, you just rolling your eyes with a smile and nudged his side.
