The gallery talked amongst themselves, discussing about the trial that was about to be underway. Some immediately thought the defendant was guilty, some wanted to see where the trial would go.
(Y/N) and Mia were going over the evidence in the Court Record, forming conclusions and looking for contradictions. They weren't going to do most of the work for Phoenix, but they were going to be there for him if he needed them.
Phoenix's eyes darted all around the courtroom nervously. To the murmuring crowd in the gallery, to the judge, to the prosecutor that smirked back at him, to (Y/N) and Mia.
