Miyuki

I woke up to the smell of toast and eggs. I groaned, wanting to sleep a little longer but the sunlight kept shining in my eyes. I pulled myself up, feeling sore. I had forgotten just how good at Taijutsu Gai was and took a few hits from him when training with him yesterday. I winced as I dragged myself out of bed. I heard footsteps coming up the stairs and heard the door open. Kakashi was standing there, without his headband or mask to cover his face, something I noticed that he would do when the curtains were all closed.

"Good morning," he said, smiling.

I just groaned in response, falling back into the bed. I was so tired.

"Come on, breakfast will get cold and we told Yamato, Naruto, Sakura, and Sai that we would meet them at the training grounds in two hours," Kakashi told me, trying to use his words to urge me up.

"Just five more minutes," I muttered, covering my head with a pillow.

However, I felt two arms sneaking their way underneath me and suddenly, I was being lifted up.

"Kakashi!"

He just gave me the same stupid smile that I wanted to slap off his face as he carried me downstairs. I rolled my eyes at him but dropped the pillow, opting to wrap my arms around him. Once we had arrived at the kitchen, he gently set me down next to a chair and a plate of food. I mumbled a thanks before sitting down and beginning to eat the food in front of me. I couldn't help but watch Kakashi as a smile formed on my face. Never would I have thought Kakashi and I would find ourselves in the situation we were in.

"Like the view?" He asked me, noticing my eyes.

I turned away, my face heating up. "Shut up."

He only let out a short laugh before sitting down next to me, placing a hand on my shoulder.

"I must be the luckiest guy alive to have such a beautiful girl next to me," Kakashi said.

I grabbed my spoon which was sitting on top of the napkin and smacked Kakashi right in the head. He let out a quick yelp in surprise.

"Be lucky I didn't grab the knife," I teased to which he rolled his eyes.

"Whatever."

Two Hours Later

I had left Kakashi's house first as I didn't want his students or Yamato to make any comments. Gai and Kurenai had both agreed to keep the relationship between Kakashi and I a secret from the others for the time being as I felt as though it wasn't the right time to say anything about it.

"Hi Miyuki sensei!" Naruto yelled happily, waving his arm wildly.

I couldn't help but scoff at how ridiculous he looked. He really was such a happy kid. I heard a voice in the back of my head. Tell him, it whispered, stop pretending and tell him. I shook it away and simply smiled, waving back.

"Good morning," I greeted all of them.

I looked at the newest member, Sai. He gave me a smile in return and I felt a chill running down my spine. What was this sudden feeling?

"Kakashi sensei's late as always," Sakura grumbled.

I thought about the state I had left Kakashi in when I walked out the door. He was trying to find his headband which he had left somewhere the night before. I couldn't help but let out a little laugh, causing Naruto to look at me scared.

"What's that about?" He asked me, stepping away.

"Nothing," I replied, turning my smirk at him.

He hid behind Sakura, peeking out from behind her shoulder. "Miyuki sensei's being creepy."
