Sara's pov

I was at the Blue Diamond restaurant. This place is costly. Aaron always books expensive places.

Aaron needs everything to be perfect. He doesn't like anything that has no brand. That's why I like him.

Time is passing. I waited for him.

Finally, he came with his handsome body. This man is hot. Not only does he look handsome, but his bank account is too handsome.

"Aaron ", I called. He was not smiling.
"Why are you here? ", he asked. His question was sharp, like he was talking to strangers.
"Aaron, it is me, Sara, your fiancee ", I said to make him remember.
" I .asked. why. you .are .sitting .in .this. table." He asked each word clearly. Not angry, but cold. Distant.
"You booked the table ", I answered. I heard him talking on the phone to book this table. We are getting married, so his is mine too.

"It is not for you", he said.
"Then for whom do you book the table ", I asked.
"I have a meeting here. So please excuse me,", he said dominatingly. There was not even a bit of love.
"I will give you company till they reach here ", I said. I want this man to love me. He didn't stop me. So I sat there.

I tried to make small talk to him, but he was on the phone.

My neck was irritating. I wore this chain to show Esther. But this is itching. I put the chain on the table.

"Whose chain is this?" He asked. He knows I won't use the cheap jewelry.
"It was Esther's. You know the girl you meet...", I was going to finish before he interrupted me.
"It is Esther's ", he asked, amused, pointing at the chain.
"Yes, she wears such cheap items. I don't know why she likes it", I answered. He might have an idea about her level. I didn't like this chain. It was because she liked the chain very much. This is her mom's. Poor sentiments.
"She likes this ", he asked.
"Yep", I answered.

Esther is at home. She was my biggest problem, but now my aim is Aaron Hilster. If I became his wife, then this Fortis family would be nothing in front of me.

I was going to give him a bad image about Esther, but his people came. I have to show that I am an understanding wife, which is very suitable for a busy businessman, so I walked out without making any scene.

My stomach grumbled. I didn't take my breakfast. I thought he would buy something for me. But no. Not even asked.

I walked into a cafeteria and waited.

"Hello", It was a surprise. I looked at the person in front of me.
"Tommy," I said. It was unbelievable. How is he here? I left him long ago for Aaron.
"It is a surprise, right?", he asked in seriousness. Is he trying something against me?
"Tommy, how are you? ", I asked to ease the situation.
" Normal. All the specialness is in you. Marrying Aaron Hilster ", he said, raising his hands and  clapping.He is mocking me. If he said something to Aaron, it might create new problems.

"Tommy ", I called, but was stopped by him.
"Is that why you left me? ", he asked. He doesn't even stand with Aaron. There is no need for comparison.

"Tommy, relax," I said to make him calm.
"How should I calm down when you spoiled my life", his voice changed. The cool nature changed.
"We were not meant to be together ", I said. I don't like boys who are not rich. The more, the merrier.

"Don't fucking smile at me. You are a bitch," , he said at me.

"You spoiled my life, and Esther too", he added. He still thinks about her. In our relationship, he talks about her every day.
"What are you saying? You never bieleved her", I asked. She was poor. It was all mine and my mom's plan. Her second marriage was a trick. We successfully took her dad and the brothers. We sent her off, and then I became their princess.

"Now I doubt it ", he said. still not aware of what happened that day.
"If you liked her, then why did you choose me over her", I asked him.
"You seduced me." It was true. She was young. He is my age. There were things she couldn't provide to Tommy at that time, but I could.

"I was young. I fell into your trap, and she " He fell to the memories. He was a fool. Just some good words from this queen bee of the school, he came to my side. He was a rich guy there, but his plus point was that Esther loved him. I want everything she likes.

"But Sara, you can't have a peaceful life. I won't let it happen ", he said. Oh no, this guy. I have only one way.

"She came back," I said as his face looked at me.
"What? ", he was confused.
"Esther came back for my marriage. You can win her back," I said, giving him some hope.

He stood up without saying anything, but I know he was thinking about the idea. It will be a two-in-one. He will leave me alone, and she will marry this guy, and if I marry Aaron, my status will be far bigger than hers.

I sat with a smile and dialed Aaron. But he didn't pick up the call. I understand he is busy. After the marriage, I know how to make him mine.

I started digging my plate. But another person came.

"Sweet Heart,", it was Eric. He sat in front of me.
"Bro", I said, smiling at him. Fake.

"Why are you not eating at home? ", he asked.
"Esther, make it awkward ", I will always keep her away from them. I did it many times.
"I don't know why dad invited her. She doesn't like us", he said.
"It's okay. She is our family ", I said very lovingly.
"You don't have to be too considerate of her. Did you forget what she did to you? ", he asked. I didn't forget. She fell into my trap, and I still remember her cries. She cried heartbreakingly.

"It's okay. Past is past," I said, pressing his hand.
"Let's go home ", we both walked outside. He paid the bill.

Eric and Elijah cared for me more than they did for her. It was my hobby to make her work and enjoy it. A sweet word from me or mom was enough for her. Still, she wants it. This is all just her acting. Esther is still that fragile girl.
