TWO FAMILIES

Third pov

FIRST FAMILY.

Samuel barely slept last night. He was worried about his baby girl. His wife also accompanied him.

"That Aaron is still in her room", he asked to his wife. Esther called him inside last night, and they didn't open the door.
"Yes,"she giggled.

Samuel knows what happened there. But he hopes this Aaron doesn't break her heart. He has never seen a guy near her other than Wil and Joy.

"Don't worry, honey." His wife promised him

Yes, he knows her.

She was only thirteen when Samuel got her. Esther was running away from the abuser. There were no words to describe her condition. Her body was full of cuts. He took her to his home. Wil was also very welcoming. He easily adopted the character of a big brother. But she has many fears. It was hard for her to talk to them. Then she became their world.

"Wil, where are you going?" Joy asked to him.
"Let me go and see her," he answered.
"Did you forget she is not alone in the room?" Joy hinted.
" Yeah. Why is he not going? ", Wil asked. He was worried about her.
"Wil, she is not a kid. You have to understand it", Joy tried to convince Wil.
"I know she is not a kid. I also want her to find love. But if the guy tries to break her heart, then I will chop him", Wil said.
"I will join you", Joy agreed.

In the next room, Esther was peacefully sleeping in the arms of Aaron. He was also relaxed. Esther woke up from her deep sleep. She looked at the clock.

"Ah, I overslept ", she shouted.
" No. Get more sleep, baby", Aaron patted the side of the bed.
"Aaron, wake up", she pushed him. Finally, the man who lost his sleep last day woke up.

"Aren't you going? ", she asked, looking at Aaron.
"Are you pushing me out", he asked, all sad.
"Don't be dramatic, Mr. Hilster!", she laughed at him. He was completely off from his office for two days. It won't be good for him.

"It's okay. I am spending this day with you", he said, pulling her closer.
"That's fine. I am alright", she said. He knows he can't stay at this house. It is her dad's house after all.

"Then how about you move with me", he asked to her.
"Excuse me. We didn't even start dating ", she said, looking at him.
"I think we have gone too far from all of these formalities ", he answered with a naughty smile.

"Aaron!", she became shy.
"I want to see you when I come home. I want to hold you every time", he said, being sincere.
"But I didn't accept your proposal ", she said, playing with him.
"Okay, what should I do for you to accept me, queen", He was serious and determined about her.
"Let me think about this. So you go ", she pushed him out of bed.

Others are at the hall.

"Hi, Mr. Hilster," , Samuel wished him. He was relaxed when he found the smile on Esther's face.
"Join us for breakfast." Prim invited him for breakfast.

"No, mom, he is busy", Esther said, but Aaron was already seated.
"I love to ", he answered to Prim with a smile. "And call me Aaron ", he said, becoming one of them.

Esther also sat there for breakfast.

"My sister usually wakes up early. But why are you late today ", Wil asked, looking at Aaron and Esther.

Wil received a meaningful smile from Aaron.

Esther kicked his leg under the table.

"You got it", Joy asked to Wil.
"Yeah", he answered in pain.

The breakfast was chaotic.

Aaron then left for his office very reluctantly.

SECOND FAMILY

"Dad, are you alright? ", Elijah asked his dad. He didn't respond. They are confused about what Esther said.

"Dad, Aaron called me before ", Elijah said to his dad.
"What did he say? ", Richard asked.
"He said that he cancelled the wedding with Sara.", Elijah was sad about the news.

"What? ", Richard was shocked. For him, Aaron was the best option for his daughter.
"And he also said to either lock Sara and Mom by ourselves or he will do it ", Elijah explained.

"So he likes Esther." Richard understood it.

"What the hell? ", Eric was mad because he chose Esther, not Sara.
"What should we do, dad? ", Elijah has no clue.

"I am sure Aaron might have already started searching for evidence against them. ", Richard knows Aaron well.

"I am sure Esther is lying. He won't find any proofs ", Eric said. Eric still believes in Sara. She has been here all these years. If she was pretending, then she could do it.

"Dad, what do you think? ", Elijah asked his dad's opinion. Elijah doesn't know who is lying.

"I don't know. But Esther has no reason to lie. I called her to be here. She didn't say anything until I slapped her face ", Richard said, looking at his hand.

On one side, his wife and the girl he considered his daughter, and on the other side, his own daughter. He has no idea whom to choose.

"So what should we do? ", Elijah waited for Richard.
"Like Aaron said, Keep an eye on Sara and Lucy. Don't let them out of this house ", he ordered his son.

He doesn't want to believe Esther. He hoped what she said was all lies, or else he couldn't forgive himself. Eric still believes in Sara and his mom. Elijah was confused. But her cries melt his heart.

Sara was in the next room. She heard everything they said. It started getting out of her hands. Her plans didn't go as she planned. She wanted her to leave this house and Aaron's life. But she never thought Esther would spit out all the truth. More importantly, they will suspect her and her mom. It won't take much time for Aaron to find evidence against them and lock them behind bars.

Sara can't imagine it. She was thinking of a way to destroy Esther.
