TIME

Esther's POV

We are having dinner at the hotel. There was music playing, and some were dancing.

I can feel Aaron's eyes on me. My breath caught at the sight of him. The man is handsome.He wrote something on paper and put it in my hand during the party. I opened the paper.

Room 1111.

Well, I didn't wait any longer. Jumping to room 1111, Aaron was waiting for me.

He pulled me into a kiss without wasting any time. One thing led to another, and we were both naked. I feel like I'm addicted to him.

I fall asleep in his arms. When I opened my eyes, he was still massaging my head.

"Aaron ", I said in my sleeping voice.
"Sleep more. You lost lots of energy ", he said. It was because of him."What are you thinking, Aaron?", I asked him. He was silent.

"Do you know my age? ", Aaron asked out of nowhere.

"Why are you asking it now?" I didn't find a reason for it."I am very much older than you," he stated.

"Yeah, I know, and?" I asked again.
"Nothing ", he said. He again became silent.

This man is a puzzle. It is hard to read what is on his mind.

"Whose room is this?" , I asked. I just read his paper and dived in here.
"I took this room", he answered.
He didn't share a room with Sara.

I got up from the bed.

"Where are you going?" he asked.
"I want to take a shower ", I answered, and went to the bathroom. My body is sweaty.

"Can I join", he asked mischievously."Nooo," I answered. He drained me.

I stand under the shower. The water splashed on my body.
There is another voice in the room. I quickly took off the shower.

"What are you saying, Aaron ", a girl shouted. It was Sara. What did she mean?

"Sara, don't yell at me ", Aaron said calmly.
"How can you cancel our engagement?" she cried. So Aaron cancelled the engagement. I felt relief.

"Sara, stop it", His voice is high now."No, I want to hear the reason ", she argued. I too want to hear the reason. I thought it would be Sara who canceled the engagement when she found out about his affair. But this turned out like this:

"Sara, you better leave from here," Aaron ordered. There was silence for a few minutes. I thought she went, but then

"Whose dress is this? ", she asked. Oh fuck. It is mine.
"It is a girl's dress. Who is she? ", she shouted.

"Is that why you cancelled the engagement? You are a cheater", she said.
"I didn't cheat. I never said I liked you. Our marriage was an agreement,", he said.

What? It was an agreement. So they don't love each other. Then why did I do all these?

"Sara, leave, "Aaron said. I heard a door closing sound and later a knock on the bathroom door.
"Es", he called, opening the door.
"You cancelled the engagement ", I asked him.
"Yeah", he answered blankly.
"I am leaving ", I said, putting my dress on, and ran to my room. Anyway, there is no marriage.

We came back from Miami. Aaron went first. Then we all cut down on the trip and came back.Sara was in a bad mood. But she didn't say anything to others.

They are still thinking about her engagement.
We reached their house.

"Okay, I am leaving ", I said to Richard.
"Stay here, Esther ", he said. I miss my family.
"No", I took my car from their garage and drove to my house. I bought many items for them.

"Esther, you are back" , dad hugged me.
"Yeah, Sara was not feeling well," , I answered.
"You bought many things." Mom was not so happy about it.
"Sorry, mom", I said. But will and joy were already opening the gifts.

I sat in my room. Why did he cancel the engagement? I took my phone and dialed Mia.

"Mia," I said to the phone.
"Esther, how is your trip going?" I sent photos to her.

"Mia, the engagement is cancelled ", I said to her.
"Wow, that's good," she said.
"Aaron cancelled the engagement", I said.
" Aaron. Why did he do it? ", she asked me.
"That is what I am thinking? ", I answered.
"Does he fall for you", she asked. Did he.? No, I am just imagining things.

"I don't think so ", I answered.
"If he falls for you, what will you do", she asked.
"He will hate me when he finds out that I did all these things for my revenge ", I said. I don't want him to hate me. I didn't have any problems with it before, but now it kills me.What will he think about me?

"Did you fall for him?" Mia asked. Do I like him?

"I will call you later, Mia." I hung up the call. I don't have an answer for this. I was saying that I did all this for revenge.

Wil came to my room.

"Aaron hilster is Sara's fiance?" Wil asked. I looked at his face.
"Did you get along with him to pay back Sara?", he asked.
"Am I a cruel girl?", I asked him. He smiled at me. I don't care about anyone. But this family is important for me.
"Who planted this idea in your head?" He asked.
"Mia", I answered. He laughed loudly.

"Tell me, am I cruel?", Now I felt guilty for using Aaron against Sara.

"What will Aaron say if he hears all this? ", he asked. That is what I am thinking.

Wil walked out of my room. Should I cut my ties with Aaron? Is it time to end this relationship?

I want to see you tomorrow at 11 a.m. This is urgent.

It was Sara's message. She attached a location to it.
