THEY CAME

Esther's pov

"I missed you," Wil said. I don't know how much I missed him.

I looked behind him. It was Samuel, Prim, and Joy. They are my family. My dad, mom, and my two brothers

"Dad.", I ran to him. He was my dad. He always cared about me. He makes me special. They took me to their family.

"Oh, my princess. I was going to give you a surprise, but you gave it to me", he said as he took me in his arms.
"Dad, why didn't you tell me about the arrival ", I asked.
"It was a surprise. We missed our baby girl", he kissed my head.

I always stayed at home. It was more like I was a satellite revolving around them.

"Now tell me what happened." He asked. This is the difference. Richard never asked me what happened. He always listens to others and ends up making assumptions.
"Nothing, dad. I was in the club last night. A guy flirts with me," , I said.
"So the police took you here because a guy flirted with you," he asked.
"I pushed him gently, but he fell on the table," , I said innocently.
"You did nothing, princess ", he said sarcastically.

"Move away, Sam. "Let me see my child, "said mom. She hugged me tightly.
"Mommy," I called.
"Look, she looks skinny. Don't you eat anything?" Mom started.
"This is the fashion, momma. Haven't you seen models", Wil came to the group.

" Stop. She is already beautiful. There is no need to lose weight ", she said as she pinched my cheeks.
"Ouch, mom, it hurts ", I complained.
"We all know she is beautiful. That is why a guy flirted with her last night," dad said.

"Joy, why are you silent? ", I asked Joy.
"I am waiting for everyone to stop. So I will have my time ", he said.

"So how were you? ", I asked to Joy.
" Horrible. Seriously, I never got sleep. Your lovely brother woke up at mid-night shouting Esther, Esther.. ", Joy said, to which he gained a kick from Wil.
"Seriously, Wil, you saw dreams about me", I asked to Wil.
"Not dreams; it was nightmares ", he said.

"Enough, we can go home," Momma Bear came. We all sat in the car and drove.

At house.

"You took a new house, dad", I asked.
"Yeah ", he answered.

"So this was what you were hiding. You idiot ", I ran after  Wil.Sorry, he ran with his life.

"You two just met and started," Mom shouted.

He fell down. I sat on top of him and started hitting.

"Oh, you became strong ", he cried.

Mom pulled both of us to each side.

"The dinner is ready ", dad said, arranging the table.

"Wow, it looks like you prepared all these only for Es", Wil said. It was all my favorite dishes.
"She must have missed my cooking ", mom said. It is true. Mom's cooking has a special taste.

"She must be happy to escape from this ", Wil said, but mom pinched his ear and warned" What did you say?".

"Mom, I mean, you are acting like she hasn't eaten for these days ", he said and massaged his ear.

"Mom, leave him. He is just jealous that you love me more ", I said.
"Who said mom loves you more?", Wil questioned.
"Mom said...", I answered casually, picking up my plate.
"Mom, is it true that you love her more than me", Wil asked to Mom.
She smiled at his silliness.

"Okay, you two. But dad loves me more than you. Right, dad", he asked to dad.But dad didn't say anything.

"I don't want any of you. But Joy is mine. You love me more than her, right?", he asked.
"I.. I.. " Joy was searching for a way to escape.

"Now I understand everyone. I am going," he said, standing up from the chair.

"Wil, have this", mom called.
"Give everything to your Es,", he said dramatically.

"Wil, are you not eating ", I called him. He was walking to the door.
"No ", he said.
"Then can I take your pie", I asked. He rushed to his seat and stuffed the pie into his mouth.

"No way", he said in between the food. We all laughed at him.

This is my family. Not by blood but by soul.

Richard's pov

I saw Esther walking with other people. She calls another man, dad. I can't believe she gave another man that title. She has a family. I saw her laughing at them. Why can't she laugh at me? I am her dad. The man took her in his arms. The man patted her head and hugged her. Why didn't she let me do that? I am a stranger to her.

I heard she created a problem. I went to the police station, but they didn't let me in. She came out and went to these people. Because of them, she can't love her real family.

I love my daughter. I punished her because she tried to kill Sara. I moved her for her studies, but I never knew she would go away from me. I tried to contact her, but it was hard. My daughter stayed away from me.

I called Esther first for Sara's marriage. I want her to understand our intentions and live with us. But she never wanted to try to form a relationship with us. All she did was talk back to us. Did I do something wrong to her?

Didn't she get my love? Doesn't she understand my love?

Elijah pov

I saw my sister with some people. I have never seen these people, but she calls them dad, mom, and brother. I hate it. I thought it was Esther's character. She can't show love, but now I can see she loves people. She looked at the people with love. I thought she couldn't smile, but she did. Then why can't she see me as them?

She has not even once smiled at me. She didn't call me Eli like in old times.

All she did was argue with me. Am I not her brother?

I should do something to mend our relationship. I called dad. He was also in thought.

I will find a way to regain her.
