OUTING

Esther's POV

"I took the tickets ", dad said.
"Wait here, I will go and buy popcorn and drinks", Wil went to the counter.
I held Joy's hand and stood in front of the movie theater.

We go to movies at least once a month. This time, it was here. Dad, make sure to spend time with Mom and us.

I want something to relax me and make me forget my problems.

"I came!" Wil shouted. He was struggling to hold everything in his hands.
"Take one for each ", he ordered. We took a popcorn box and drinks.

"It is time. We can go inside ", mom said. She walked quickly inside. We all followed her. It was Mom who found the seats and ordered our seating arrangements.

We all waited for the movie to begin.

The light turned off, and the show started.

Two hours went.

"It was a nice movie ", I said.
"Yeah, true ", dad said, joining me.
"Seriously, is that a question? Wil, too agreed with us.
"Not bad", Mom has the opposite opinion.
"Yeah", Joy has the same thought as mom.

"These two people don't know how to enjoy movies.", Wil laughed at Joy and Mom.
"You guys have no idea about choosing a good movie," , mom defended.
"Mom, it was the trending movie ", I said.
"Yeah, you two are old," Wil said, holding his stomach from laughing.

Joy and Mom pouted.

"Oh, don't ", dad said, going to hug mom.
"Who is pouting? ", Wil went to Joy's side.

I stand there, looking at two lovey-dovey couples.

"I am hungry ", I said. Mom and Joy came to hug me.

"What do you want to eat? ", dad asked us.
"I am starving. I need something heavy ", Wil said.

"When did you eat light? ", I asked. Joy laughed at him.
"Dad, if you become poor by buying food for your son, then be it," Wil said to Dad.
"I will pay, son, but don't forget that the stomach is yours ", dad warned him.

Wil always eats a lot. He takes our food too.

The plates became empty within seconds.

"Let's move ", mom said as we started moving.
"Joy, look ", Wil asked him. But it was me who was standing beside him.
"What is there to look for?", I asked.

Wil pushed me to the side and searched for joy. He was funny sometimes. Sometimes, it means every time.

Joy was taking photos. Me and Wil ran towards him. But we stopped when a girl crossed us. She was smiling every now and then at him.

"Hi" , she said shyly in joy.
" Hello." Joy is a well-behaved, soft man.
"Can I have your number? ", the girl asked to Joy. I can feel that Wil is burning from my side.

"He doesn't use the phone ", Wil answered. The girl was surprised by his loud voice.
"Oh, is that so", she asked to Joy. He just nodded at her.
"You are so cute ", she said to joy.

I was laughing at my brother's facial expression.

"Thank you, "Joy said.

"Where are you living? ", she asked again. The girl indeed fell for Joy. I looked at him, and he gave me an 'help me' expression.
"He lives in my house, in my room, and in my bed", Wil answered to her, and pulled Joy with him.

I was dying from laughing.

"What are you laughing at? ", Wil shouted at me.
" Why you have to be all worked up", I asked to him.
"Then what should I do when a girl hits on my boyfriend ", he asked me.
"You are well aware that Joy is loyal. He won't fall for anyone else ", I explained to my lovely brother. He was always like this. Pull Joy away from the girls who try to talk to him.

"It is because I love him. I want him to only be mine ", he said, expressing his feelings. He rarely becomes serious. It is always about joy.

"Are you coming with us? ", Wil asked me. We have successfully spoiled our day with lots of fun.

"I am going to Richard's house ", I answered.
"Be careful, baby", dad said.
"I will ", I answered.
"Joy, don't even glance at other girls ", I said to him, which earned a laugh from others.
"What about boys? ", Wil asked.
"Yeah, not even boys. Look, my brother on 24×7", I ordered joy, which he hummed.

I drive my car to Richard's mansion. There was another car. It was Aaron's car. So this man is inside. It is already dark; why isn't he going to his house? It has more space than here.

"Esther, it's almost night. Where were you?" It was Elijah who asked me this question.
"None of your business ", I answered.
"So we can't even ask a question to you ", Eric raised his voice.
"Of course you can ask me questions. I am saying don't expect answers for it", I said, and I walked to my room.

I should have stayed with my family.

They called me for dinner, but I stayed in my room, not wanting to be with them.

I laid on my bed. There is a strange feeling in me. I felt like there was someone in my room. The night lamb is always on in my room. From its light, I saw a shadow passing through there.

Ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

I screamed. I am getting scared. I ran out of my room and hit a person. It was Aaron.

"What? ", he asked me. I screamed loudly, but no one in my family came there.
"Someone is there", I said, pointing to my room.

I think others are not in the house, but where is Sara?
"No one is here", he said, looking around my room. But I am sure. I saw a guy in my room.

"No, I saw someone here", I confirmed.
"Well, I don't see anyone here", he said. I looked around. Then the guy went. The back door is not locked.

I was so busy looking outside that I didn't see Aaron come near me.
"So is this one of your other tricks?", he asked.
"What? ", I asked.
"There is no one in this house other than you and me", he said. Where everyone goes at midnight

"Then what are you doing here", If Sara is not here, then he has no need to be here.
"I forgot the keys, so I came to take them,", he said, looking at me. I saw the key in his hands.

"So you are leaving?", I asked. If he left, then I would be all alone.
"You have other plans", he asked. He thinks of me as a low girl who throws herself on others beds.

"Just leave", I said. Inside, I am dying.
How do these people leave me alone in this house? At least they can inform me.

He left. I sat in the hall area. I took a knife with me and sat on the couch. If anyone tries to attack me, I can use this or at least run through the door.

Time passed.

In the morning, I opened my eyes. I was in bed. I remembered that I sat on the couch last night. But now I'm here. Is it magic? Did I dream of the attack? Or did Elijah or Eric place me on the bed?
