After a discussion with Bucky in the kitchen, Satine makes her way towards the doors and quietly calls out for Peter to follow her out of the room. She drags him a little down the hall, only a small distance from the common room, where she stops by the wall and turns around to face him with a grin.

"I'm going to go to the store with them." She places her hands gently on his jawline and he nods. "Get free time from the compound. Will you come too?"

"Who's them?" He holds her hips and she squints her eyes with a tilt of her head and he nods. "I think I'll stay here." He chuckles and she sighs sadly.

"You know, they do care." She nods softly. "Easily, they'd save your life if they had to, but they're really only having a bit of fun, while they still can."

"Yeah, trust me, I know, but I'm not one for spending an hour or so alone with them." He shrugs as she grazes her thumb over his cheek. "Sounds like a one-way ticket to insanity, so I'm good." He nods and she chuckles softly with a small pout of adoration.

"Oh, well, alright." She pushes her fingertips in his hair.

"Nothing against you, My Love." He shakes his head and she nods with a small smile.

"I know." She nearly whispers, while laying her arm over his shoulder.

He pulls her closer by the waist and leans down as she brings him in, to press their lips together for a few single kisses. She tilts her head the other way and grabs the back of his neck, keeping him held against her soft lips. He quickly slides his one hand down her skirt and lifts it enough to smack her behind, causing her to jump away from his lips with a small laugh, making him smile brightly down at her as she grabs his hand.

"You didn't even know if someone was behind me." She chuckles excitedly with a small step back as he follows.

"I've got strong senses." He nods teasingly, making her grin with a scrunched up nose, pushing her tongue against her lips. "And I didn't even care." He shrugs, making her giggle as she gently pulls him back in.

She throws her arms around his neck and he pulls her hips in, moments before Sam, Bucky, and Pietro walk out of the common room.

"Hey, detach, let's go." Sam claps and she quickly releases Peter to hurry after them with a wave.

He watches her go with a soft smile on his face before it fades into a grin and he turns away with his head hung. He looks at his hands while pulling on his finger before he walks off to head towards the bedroom.

The three men didn't have a specific reason to go to the store. They just wanted something good and the compound is running low, so they decided to go out themselves. Meanwhile, Satine just wanted to go, because they did and, no matter how badly they all poke fun at each other, she loves hanging out with them.

Speaking of picking on each other, as soon as they step through the doors, Pietro somewhat gently shoves Satine's shoulder, only for her to swing around and whack him on the back with a hard clap.

"Oh, goddamn." He reaches for the pain with a small laugh and she smiles with the others. "Wish I didn't forget how strong you are sometimes."

"It would serve you well." She nods sideways with a soft voice and grin. "Everyone." She shrugs.

She starts moving forward and he shakes his head with a sigh before they follow along. She ends up in the back of the group, because they knew where they were headed and she's just their shadow anyway.

Her eyes venture around the building as they walk, landing on nothing important at first. Then they spot a little girl, seemingly only five-years-old, standing alone at the end of an aisle. Satine slows to a stop and hesitates, looking around for a moment before she heads towards her.
