On a day like this, everyone would usually be cheery and excited, but all of that has been shoved down in order to mask it with the nonchalant, boring, same old expression as always, hiding how they really feel. Meanwhile, Satine has absolutely no reason to hide how she feels, except for when she's around the secret keepers, which means everyone but Sam and Bucky.

B.S. have a very special celebration to attend that has been kept a secret from all but Steve for a very long time, three years to be exact. Though, Steve has been invited, Satine is the only one that will attend. He knew everything from the beginning, but he didn't want to pressure the two into having him present. Plus, Satine has been the biggest support throughout their relationship, especially when it very unnecessary. So she will be the one and only guest to watch the couple sign a marriage license. They're getting married!

And, Satine has decided to take a few things into her owns hands and make it at least a bit of a bigger deal than originally planned by the manly men. She only wished for the rest of the Avengers to make it a little party, just between them, and keep it a surprise.

Satine, Peter, and Anya step into the common room as normal, him in a hoodie and jeans, her dressed nice and beautiful as always. Anya ignores everything around her immediately and hurries directly to sit beside Morgan and pull her into a tight hug.

Satine turns to Peter as Sam and Bucky duck out of the room. She leans up into a soft goodbye kiss before backing away, only to cover her bright smile by her hand with wide eyes and a small squeak of excitement. She hurries after them with that while the others chuckle and he turns to them while reaching into his back pocket.

"Okay, so she gave me a list." He opens up a folded piece of paper. "Because she's the boss."

"She has been since you found her." Tony scoffs and he chuckles while nodding.

"Raised around authority." He mumbles while offering the paper to him. "Now it's your turn." He grins and his brows raise.

"Wow." He snatches it from his hand as the others secretly smile. "Does she act like this with you?"

"She doesn't let me do anything, unless it's dealing with Anya." He scoffs and he shakes his head.

"Pushover."

Satine sits inpatiently in the hall of the courthouse, staring at the floor with a bouncing knee. She does this for a little too long before she stands and begins to pace, only seconds before the large wooden doors open up and she freezes and throws out her arms.
