Ch 36: New Leader

Chapter 36: New Leader

Zodolf made it to the building that has the U.G logo on top of it and walked inside and saw a man behind a desk typing away on a computer then he looked up at Zodolf

"Can I help you sir?" The man asked

"I came to see the body of Isaac R" Zodolf replied

"Sorry sir we can't let anyone look at his body at the moment unless it's relatives" the man said

"I'm his son" Zodolf said

The man had a look on his face that he didn't believe him

"One moment" the man said as he typed something into the computer and then his face widen

"Oh sorry you can go see him" the man said as he waved him to the elevator

Zodolf reached the top floor of the building and saw the room where Issac's body is in with guards outside the door

The guards let him through and he saw the body on a gurney with a tarp covering the body

"Hey dad, I didn't expect to see you like this... Not so soon" Zodolf said as he places his hand on the side of the gurney

A man walked into the room and saw Zodolf at the side of the gurney looking down at the body and he walked closer to him

"I'm sorry for your lost, but I may ask that we need a new leader of U.G and since your his son we are wondering if you can join us in running our organization" the man asked with his offer

Zodolf paused thinking about the offer in his head and the he looked down at the body

"No... But I know who will be a good leader" Zodolf said as he looked at the man

*Blueyverse*

Sam, Smith and Sarah were outside the door of the heelers house and Sam knocked on the door and waited

"So what's the plan?" Smith asked

"What do you mean?" Sam said

"Well we're not going to stay here forever when are we getting a place for our own?" Smith said

"Hmm I'll have to think on that, but that's a good point we do need a place of our own" Sam said

The door open to reveal Bandit at the door

"Oh you guys are back how'd it go?" He asked as he waved them to come in

"Yeah it was a success we got what we needed to do" Sam said as he walked upstairs

The group went into the kitchen and Bandit offered them tea Sarah grabbed a cup Smith and Sam declined the offer

"So how's everything here?" Sam asked

"Oh yeah everything is great actually Bingo is going big school and starting first grade and Bluey is going to second grade in the next month" Bandit said as he sipped his tea

"That's nice, speaking of Bluey and Bingo where are they?" Sam said

"Oh they should be in their room or they could be in the backyard" Bandit said

"Alright I'll check on them" Sam said as he stood up leaving the group to check on Bluey and Bingo

Sam walked down the hall to their bedroom and he walked to the door and gave a knock before opening the door

"Hello, Bluey, Bingo are you in here?" Sam said as he walked in and spotted both of them coloring with headphones on

Sam walked up to them and he placed his foot for Bluey to see him and she looked up at him and gave a smile

"Sam! You're back!" She yelled as she stood up and gave him a hug with Bingo doing the same

"Hey kiddos, yeah I'm back" Sam said as he got on his knee to their level

"Where'd you go?" Bingo asked

"I had business to take care of, but it's over now" Sam said with a smile

"Oh... Well can you play with us?" Bingo asked

"Sure what do you want to play" Sam said

Both of them wag their tails in excitement as they try to come up with a game that is fun and will last a long time until they notice someone at the doorway which made Sam turn to look

"Hey brother" Zodolf said as he waved

"Zodolf I thought you'd stay in our world?" Sam said as he stood up

"Yeah I was, but I need to talk with you... In private" Zodolf said

Sam had a confused look on his face as he didn't know what he wants from him, but he turned to the girls

"I promise that I'll try to play with you let me take care of this okay?" Sam said

"Okay" they both replied and Sam walked towards Zodolf which went to Sam's room

Both of them entered the room and Zodolf closed the door and faced Sam

"Alright what do you want to talk to me about?" Sam asked

"You know about the death of Isaac right?" Zodolf said

"Yeah I saw it on the news last night before we left" Sam replied

"Well he's my father and that the organization needs a new leader" Zodolf said

Sam didn't say this, but he didn't know that Isaac was his father which made him feel even worse for that he feels responsible for his death

"So your going to be the new leader?" Sam said

"No you are the new leader" Zodolf said as he handed him a badge with the U.G logo on it

"What!?" Sam replied
