So I'm Not Good With Chapter Titles

— Jaden's POV —

I thought I heard a scream, and so I quickly woke myself up.. Only to find myself, along with Emma and ______ in a small house..

The two were both asleep, I stood up and looked out the rather large window to feel my stomach turn. This was a tree house. And it was quite a fall.

"Guys!" I shouted, turning towards Emma and ______, "Get up!" I shouted. I manage to only wake Emma up, "Where are we?" I asked her as she rubbed her eyes.

It didn't take long before she was in my same shoes, she quickly walked over towards ______.

"Wake up!" Emma shouted as she shook _____ back and forth. Now, for some reason, we all awoke in a small tree house. The door is on the floor and though there is a small crack that allows me to look down, with that, I could clearly see that there is a rusted old lock on the outside of the door.

As for the window, that could serve as an escape if not for the fact that if you were to jump out, you would fall quite a distance and you would get pretty injured.

Emma, _____, and I are the only ones stuck in here, and we don't really have a clue where we are or where Amber, Maddie, and Meghan are at.

"W-What?" _____ groaned as she slowly sat up, "Where are we?" She asked.

"Sorry, but we can't tell you, we're all in the same shoes." I said as I saw a bucket in the corner of the room, I walked over towards it, looking inside there was an old hammer and a long, thick rope.

I don't know what use would come out of all these objects, but, "Maybe we can use this hammer to break the door?" I thought aloud.

Emma turned towards me, "Yeah! Here, I'll do it since I'm cool." She stated as she walked over and took the hammer out of my hands.

She raised it over her head, "Be careful!" I spoke.

"Yeah, yeah!" She responded as the hammer clashed against the wooden door, to out shock, it only broke one board in half but nothing more. We were still locked in.

"I've got an idea." I said as I grabbed the broken board and walked over to get the rope, "Now, we can fit through the window, so why don't we make a swing with this board and rope and see if one of us can break the lock on the outside of this thing?"

____ stood up, she took one glance out the window and exchanged looks with Emma, she then turned towards me, "I mean, my arm hurts really bad, maybe you should do it since you know, it was your idea." She smiled, turning back towards Emma who helped her.

"Y-Yeah! Besides, with my strength, I'll be able to pull you back in when you're done breaking the lock!" She added.

I frowned as I tied the final knot on the rope and walked over to the bed, "You two are the worst." I complained jokingly as I wrapped the rope around the stable bed post and threw the swing part out the window.

"Okay then, this isn't going to be safe so both of you hold onto the rope then pass me the hammer when I get onto the board and I tell you to pass it."

"Alright!"

"Got it." They responded.

I took in a deep breath as I looked out the window, I can do this.
