Drunken choices

Sarah POV

As I got home from work today, I needed more than just a glass of wine to swallow on behalf of the day it had been. I looked at Bluebell, already looking at me. "You know what bell" I say to her as she immediately starts wagging her tail. "Your mom is getting drunk tonight" "even though she is having work tomorrow. I'm such a bad girl, aren't i?" I received a bark in return that obviously would have been a yes if the dog could actually speak. I pulled out the soju from the cupboard and found a glass sitting back down, putting on some of my favorite music as I drank. Suddenly my phone rings, and i dont have the number hidden anymore but i did recognize this one. "Baby Bear!" I shouted above my music, a little too drunk to care about turning it down. "Sweetheart, are you drunk?" Tae asked with that deep, deep voice making me shiver. "Yesss" I answered, biting my lip as I felt myself being turned on by hearing him talk. "Who are you partying with Sarah?" He asked and I laughed at what I was about to answer, knowing how pathetic I would sound. "Bluebell," I answered. "But there is always space for one more, or actually, space is much said. I don't really have the space but you can come Tae" I said, realizing what i just said i brought a hand to my mouth hoping he would say no. "Send me the address and I will bring a little more alcohol, okay?" Tae said, and before I could even answer he had hung up. "Dammit" I said as I started a text for Tae, telling him my address and I started to clean a little before he would arrive.

It knocked on my door and as I walked to let Tae in I got overwhelmed by seeing him like this. He was in gray sweatpants, a white t-shirt and with natural hair. I always loved this version of Tae, the raw and real version and that counted both his physical appearance as well as his mental appearance. "Come on in Tae" I said walking to the side to let him in, so he could put the bottles down. "Come here sweetheart," Tae said, spreading his arms to let me hug him. I wasted no time and went to him fast, squeezing him as tight as possible while trying to control my tears. "Thank you for coming. It has just been" Tae interrupts me "A day filled with emotions huh?" He asks, pulling a bit away from me. I laugh a little. "Yeah, you can call it that" I said looking down a little. "Lets have some drinks and listen to some music Ma cherie" Tae said, taking my hand, leading me to the couch. We drink, sing along to the good songs and talk for a while until we are both rather drunk. "Oh!" Sweetheart! I love this song!" Tae shouts out as a slow song comes on. He stands, reaching for my hand as he did back then and I let myself be pulled out of the couch and into Taes arms as he places his hands around my hips and i my hands around his neck we sway a little. I look into Tae's eyes, an ocean of wonders, and I wish I could answer all of his questions, but right now I just let myself get lost in his hazel eyes. He has so much depth in them, there is so much going on behind them and I feel like they only add to the beauty of this man in front of me. I get shaken out of my thoughts by Tae singing along to the song "Fall in love with you" "You" "Fall in love with you" "You" He filled my little apartment with warmth that not even the ten candles lit up in the dark could. I pulled him to me, wanting him closer as we stood for a while just holding each other. "Oh, I have something for you," Tae said as he pulled apart from the hug and reached for his bag, bringing out a picture frame. "I hope you like it" He said with his big Rectangular smile. I looked at the picture of me and Bluebell, and I almost couldn't recognize myself by the smile on my face. "I haven't seen myself smile like that since" I stopped speaking as I could feel myself getting emotional. "I know sweetheart" "Even with all the beauty surrounding you, that smile of yours is all I was able to see as well" He said, removing a strand of hair from my face. "It's getting late, I have to go Ma cherie" "But lets meet up soon again alright?" Tae asks as we hug again. He pulls away and kisses my cheek as he leaves out the door.
