MIDORIYA'S POV

Nitro1991- How was work?

Camposing1- Compared to last week, very quiet. It was nice to have an easy day.

After Kacchan and Kirishima fought the air villain in the middle of the city, everything continued on a downhill spiral. Every day, there was another villain attack. It was probably the busiest week I've had in a while. I'm glad that I finally have a day off. The only thing that sucks about it is Daiki is with Itsuka. It's officially Sunday, but it's her Sunday. I get to sit alone in my empty house.

Nitro1991- I feel that. Last week was a busy week for me too. It's rare I get a Sunday off.

Camposing1- You work a lot, don't you? I feel like you work at least six days a week.

When we talk, we usually start with how our day has been so far. I'm pretty sure he's worked six out of seven days this week.

Nitro1991- I work overtime once or twice a week. I want the best of everything, but it usually demands more money. If I want to pay off my house before I die, I have to work overtime.

Camposing1- Don't you miss hanging out with your friends or family?

Nitro1991- I see my friends plenty. Other than my parents, I don't have a lot of family. I see them when I can, but I get by alright.

Camposing1- I could never work overtime every week. I would miss my son too much. Just him being at his mom's for a full day is tough on me.

The fact that I haven't seen him in a week is killing me even more. Itsuka wanted to keep him for a week because I had him for a week. I don't understand why I had to agree to that. She's the one complaining she can't handle it. But she went and blackmailed me again with the custody of Daiki. It wasn't worth it.

Nitro1991- Have you thought about getting a pet? It might help with the loneliness while your son is at his mom's

Camposing1- I never thought about it. I don't think I would be opposed to it, but my work can be unpredictable at times. I would hate to leave a pet home alone if I had to go out of town for a few days.

Or weeks. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen.

Nitro1991- Get a cat, then. If you give them an auto-feeder and a lot of water, someone would have to come to clean their litterbox out for you every three or four days. They require less care than a goldfish.

Camposing1- I'll think on it. I'm sure my son would love that, but I want to give him more time to adjust to my new place before I bring in an animal.

Nitro1991- How is he doing with you and your wife's separation?

Depends on the day. Some days, he doesn't understand why we aren't in the same house anymore. On other days, he loves that he has two different bedrooms.

Camposing1- He's still adjusting but doing okay. It will get easier with time, but it will never be the same. I don't think he's going to understand for a while.

Nitro1991- As long as he understands that you both love him, I think he'll be fine. Have you talked to her about you coming out anytime soon? I know how much it sucks to hold it in.

I can't even tell people we're separating yet. Until then, there's no point in thinking about coming out.

Camposing1- She still wants our son to adjust a little more. Besides, I think we need to be on better speaking terms to discuss that.
