Darius asked, "So, how are we going to fix this thing?" He was talking about the hole on the side.

"No idea," Brooklyn answered, "Never got around to making a 'Brooklyn Unboxes Boat Repairs' video."

"Too bad. That could've gotten TONS of views," commented Sammy.

I asked, "Alright people, so, what do we got?" The seven of us just talk random having no idea what we're saying. Eventually, as Yaz brought up the idea, we decided to use what she found in the garage. We waited the night and decided to work in the morning.

Morning came. We woke up and decided to work on the boat right away. Brooklyn and I held some lunch tray we found onto the hole, and Darius placed the Sealant on the sides of it. Brooklyn commented, "It ain't pretty but, should be water tight." We let go of the tray slowly to find that the tray sticks onto it.

Kenji said, "Dope, let's leave already."

Sammy added, "Oh my god! I can't believe this is really happening!"

"Buh bye, Isla Nublar! I got the tape!" Brooklyn greeted.

"Wait hold up, guys," Darius was looking at the fine print and read what it said, "It says we need to wait forty-eight more hours for it to set. THEN, we can add the tape." The catwalk filled with groans.

Kenji tried to cheer them up, "They say that for insurance and junk. As you captain, I pronounce this vessel seawort..." He tapped the lunch tray and it fell down. We all stared at him. Trying to avoid the scene, Kenji backtracks, "Uh, I have some captainy things to do over there. Carry on." He walks to the end of the catwalk.

Darius groans, "One more time." Brooklyn and I sighed and walked towards him to hold the tray.

Sammy walked up to Brooklyn and asked, "Hey, can I talk to you for a second?"

Brooklyn answered, "Uh, kinda busy right now, but—"

"I need your help with something...personal," said Sammy. Then, Brooklyn let go of the tray and it even slipped out of MY hands because I was barely holding onto it considering that Darius was placing it on my side so he can put on the part that my hands were covering. She went with Sammy to talk about what she wanted to talk about.

Darius muttered, "I will NEVER understand why girls ALWAYS get interested when it comes to something personal."

He unintentionally muttered that loud enough, so I heard him and answered, "It's called gossip, Darius. I'm pretty sure boys do it too, just, rarely." Not caring, I held up the tray, while he placed it, AGAIN.

Sammy and Brooklyn went to a side so they can talk in private. Sammy began, "So, I've been thinking—"

"Lemme guess, you have a secret crush?" asked Brooklyn, "Is it Darius? Kenji? Yaz?"

Sammy asked, "What?" That gave Brooklyn her answer, "Since we have two more days on the island, I want to figure out why Mantah Corp sent me here. Maybe if I can find out what they're really up to, I can use that info against them and—"

"Protect your family?" Brooklyn beat her to it.

"Uh huh. But—"

"Say no more. OF COURSE I'll help. It's GOTTA be related to E750."

"I've got some—"

"It was on Dr. Wu's computer, the envelope of the keycard, the door on the monitors. It CAN'T be a coincidence."

"Uh huh. I've got some ideas where to look," Sammy tried to say, "I found this map at Kenji's condo. It's pretty old but—"

"Oh don't worry. I already know where to look. Come on, we'll take the gyrosphere."

Sammy questioned that idea, "Um...isn't that a little janky?"

Brooklyn answered, "It doesn't really turn right anymore but so what? It's gonna be awesome! Brooklyn finally unboxes the secret of E750." They both walk past Kenji trying to do something.

Yaz walks up to Kenji and sees the same thing. She asks, "What are you doing?"

Kenji answered, "I think the compass's busted. I'm trying to find north. But the thing keeps twisting!"

Yaz turns Kenji into the direction of North and says, "North."

Kenji says sarcastically, "Yeah, I knew that."

A Compy showed up in front of them. Yaz tried kicking it, to shoo it away. She yelled, "Ugh! Get out of here!"

Kenji calmed her down, "Got this. I grabbed some quarters from the penthouse. Best way to keep the Compies away. They LOVE money." He threw a quarter and the little herbivore ran after it.

Yaz asked, "You mean they love SHINY STUFF?"

Kenji replied, "Same diff. Just like my dad always says. 'If you got a problem, then throw cash at 'em.'"

Just then, Darius and I walked toward the two after sealing the patch, and heard their conversation. Darius questioned what he said, "Uh Kenji. Not so sure if that's a good idea. You know what you get when you feed a pigeon."

Kenji acted dumb, "A FAT pigeon?"

I gave him a playful punch and answered, "MORE pigeons! You get MORE pigeons!" Before it was like two Compies that showed up. NOW it was about FIVE.

Kenji started acting DUMBER, "Then it's a good thing I'm rich. Here you go. You too. Money money money."

I yelled, "Dude! You are making it SO MUCH worse!"

A few seconds later, we saw that one of the Compies grabbed the compass. Kenji tried negotiating with it, "Hey, give that back. Come on! I'll give you TWO quarters for it!" He throws them but the Compy doesn't do anything. It finds the compass more shinier than the two quarters.

Darius whispered, "Just, approach it slowly." But when he took ONE small step, the Compy ran. We followed it. During the run, I realized everyone was able to run faster. In the beginning, we all just got tired really quickly. But now after who knows how long of being stuck here, everyone's stamina improved. I guess there is ONE benefit of being stuck on this island. After some chasing, a really quick match of Keep Away, and some MORE chasing, the four of us arrive at some building that none of us knew about. Not until one person gave details about it.
