"Child..." The voice whispered and I sat up, my shoulder suddenly back to normal again. It was the voice, the voice of the shadow that had appeared in my dream. Then, that shadow turned into me, if I remember correctly. I looked up to find the beautiful, entrancing sky over me once again. I blinked; why am I here again?

"Hello?" I whispered, "Me? Uh... Livana? Hello??"

"Hey." I found the other me standing a few feet away, "How's life going?" This time, the other me had a small scar on her right cheek, as if she had gotten cut. She also looked a little older, more... mature. I blinked at her and then got up on my feet, wobbling a little bit.

"Horrible." I said bluntly, "I got knocked out by our evil ancestors. Isn't that great?"

"Hmph." The other me snorted, pushing herself off the tree she was leaning on, "Horribly great, I suppose. But how are your powers?" She snapped her fingers, just like me, and darkness writhed around her wrists before they disappeared.

"They're not horrible..." I muttered and showed her the shadow daggers. "These seem to be my favorite. And I have a signature move." I snapped my fingers and the blades vanished again. The older me raised an eyebrow, impressed.

"It's still our signature move." The older me snapped her fingers and smiled, "Oh, I miss this. I miss when I was still a teenager. This was when real life happened. When I was truly free and wild."

I hesitated before asking, "Will I be okay?"

The older me looked over at me, her eyes just as intense as mine. She let out a soft sigh, "You've got to get yourself out of this mess first, Livvy."

And then she vanished, and I was yanked back into reality.

I woke up in a room. It wasn't necessarily a horrible dungeon like I expected, to be honest. It wasn't the most lavish room, but it had a table, a lamp, and an average bed. There was also a door. But of course, there wasn't a window. I groaned and rubbed my head, when I realized what I was wearing. It was a glittery black dress that trailed down my waist, all the way to my ankles. It was sleek and it had purple blended on the chest in the middle, rising so that a small section of the dress's train was deep purple. The dress was beautiful, yes, but why was I in a dress? What was the sole purpose of this?

Then, I remembered the Oni's last words about Lloyd. Kill him. My eyes filled up with tears. If my brother was really dead, then what would that mean for me if I escaped and lived? Does that mean my brother... What would that mean for our family...?

The door banged open and I leapt back, snapping my fingers to create my iconic weapon. But then the Oni slapped chains onto my wrists and my powers spurted out. Vengestone. I cursed myself for not being smart enough to think ahead, Of course they have vengestone. They have every place to themselves.

"What do you want?" I asked snippily, feeling my shoulder spark in agony again.

The Oni seemed to ignore my ferocity and rumbled, "To the Omega. He wants to see you, daughter of Garmadon." Chills ran down my spine at my name and the Oni leader's name. How did the Oni know my name? Did they just assume? Also, Omega meant the end. So if I met him, would he be the end of me?

"Why?" I demanded.

"No questions." The Oni guard shoved me forward and growled, his finger joints popping as he cracked his knuckles. I bit my tongue and glared at him, but I walked forward when he unlocked the door. He slid a link of chain through the chains on my wrists and then pulled me forward. I snarled at him and he snarled back.
