As much as I wanted to yell at Morro, or hug him, or maybe do both, I had a plan to follow through to make sure that both me, my friends, and my brother escaped. I wasn't going to be trapped here any longer if I needed to get out and stop Harumi.

It was nighttime, according to Morro, and we had waited long, agonizing hours. I needed them to drop my brother off and then we could leave. It was weird, yes, but all part of the plan. I've learned as a Ninja that you simply have to compromise at times.

"Fang, what do you hear?" Morro asked, looking over at Fang, who had his ear pressed against the door. Despite having his powers restricted, Fang's heightened senses haven't dulled, including his hearing.

"I think I just heard a door close." Fang leaned back from the door. "And I heard Rattlesnake talking about something that I desperately want to unhear."

"Ooh. Share?" Morro raised an eyebrow with a smirk before lifting up his hands at our horrified expressions. "I'm kidding. Jeez, lighten up."

"You're one to talk about lightening up. Your resting face looks like you're about to kill someone." Fang shook his head, "You also like to drop sudden topics that tense up the mood." He coughed for emphasis.

"Shush." I gently smacked Fang's shoulder, knowing exactly what he was talking about. I saw a blush creep up on Morro's cheeks and I really did want to talk to him about it, but we had to put forth our priorities. "Just keep listening, dragon."

"Aye aye, cap." Fang mockingly saluted me before he pressed his ear back against the door. "I think they have your brother, Liv."

For a small moment, my heart seized. But then I remembered our plan. This was good. Being panicked was a good thing. It was the reaction that Rattlesnake and Harumi expected from me. They wanted me to panic, they wanted to see me afraid.

So let the show begin.

"Oh baby Garmadon~" The door opened and Rattlesnake opened the door, dragging an unconscious Lloyd behind him. He tossed him towards us and then Morro caught him, gently putting his body to the ground while maintaining a glare at Morro and Harumi the entire time.

I remained silent, even though I let a bit of my panic spill over the edge. My body started to shake and my hands clenched.

"Aren't you three glad we found you some company in this lonely, lonely place?" Harumi crooned, pressing a hand to her chest. "I know. I'm amazing, aren't I?"

"Oh, please." Fang rolled his eyes.

"Shut it, boy." Rattlesnake stepped forward with a threatening look in his eyes, "Or otherwise, I will make blood drawing tonight extra painful for you."

"Looking at your face is painful enough." Fang lifted an eyebrow and crossed his arms.

I crawled over to where Lloyd was laying and then dragged him up so his head laid in my lap. I gently put a hand to his forehead. It was normal temperature, at least, and his pulse was steady.

"How did you get him here?" I asked softly.

"Easy. When he was alone, I just went forward, nabbed him, knocked him out, and brought him here." Rattlesnake grinned, "The thing about walking like a ghost, you make no sound."

"Well, we must get going." Harumi patted Rattlesnake's shoulder, "Much to do now that we have a new power source." She looked over at me, "You must thank your brother for me, Livana, when he wakes up. My little project will have an extra interesting kick to it because of his blood."

Not when we get out of here.

"I told you not to touch him." I ground out. Pathetic statement, I know, but I did tell them not to touch my brother nonetheless. When we get out of here and we go back to our friends, our family, I won't let you touch us again.
