Sarah POV
"Five, four, three, two, one." said Paul giving me the nod to begin.
"Hello Macon, Georgia,!" I say enthusiastically. " This is Sarah Hitch, from WgTv. And we are live, and about to witness something amazing. A lunar Eclipse." I said cheesing into the camera. "This Eclipse, is a rarity and only happen every decade." I explained.I wrapped up the media coverage and sat down. "That was great" Paul said sitting next to me, pulling out his fist for our mandatory fist bump.
We fist bump and said our bit.
"Boom. Pow. Media Coverage? Wow."
We both broke into a fit of laughter.
"How long have we been doing that?"
I asked.
"Since freshman year, when the professor put me with your lame butt."
He said jokingly.
I laughed. I glance at my watch.
" I think I am going to head home, kind of have class in five hours." I said jumping from the bumper of his pickup.
"Same, here." He laughed brushing off his hands.
I jumped into my car and turn on the ignition.
" Goodbye Paul." I waved. He waved back from the inside of his car, and pumped up some rock and roll.
"ooh yeah the countdown." I turned on the radio again, my fingers fumbling to turn the dial.
" And the final song for the 20th song countdown is Human Nature!" Said the host excited voice.
"Did I seriously miss 18 songs?" I thought to myself.
I turned the station up even louder, and drove home.******* Author's Note*******
