Jimmy led Allison into the bathroom and locked the door behind them. As he pulled the chair in the corner over towards the sink he motioned for her to sit down, which she did. He pulled off his suit jacket and put it across the back of the chair.

A comfortable silence had unexpectedly fallen over them as Jimmy turned on the water from the sink.

"Here," he whispered, "is this okay?" he asked as he reached for her sleeve to pull it down her shoulder to get to the affected area. She nodded in reply.

He gently pulled the black fabric slowly down her shoulder and pushed her hair away from it. Wetting the paper towel slightly, he began dabbing at the injured area.

"Tell me if it hurts." He whispered, keeping his eyes focused on her shoulder.

"It doesn't." She managed to get out. She found herself staring at him, intrigued by his eyes.

"What?" he cracked a smile, as his eyebrows furrowed in slight confusion as he noticed her looking.

"Nothin." She smiled back closing her eyes.

"So he's what, your ex?" Jimmy questioned.

"Yeah," Allison sighed, "He's just, it's...bad."

"I get it," Jimmy nodded, not wanting to pry, "If you don't wanna talk about it, that's fine."

"It's not that I don't wanna tell you, Jimmy," she breathed, "I just really don't wanna worry you with all my bullshit." She said honestly.

"You never would."

"Thanks for helping me." She thanked sincerely.

"That's no problem, you know that." He grinned, finishing up, "There, that should keep until we get you home." He said.

"Well, thanks anyways." She smiled, getting up as Jimmy threw out the bloody paper towel.

"You want me to take you home?" he offered, opening the door for her and leading her out by putting his hand on the small of her back.

"No, stay," she refused, "You've already given up too much of your night for me." She said looking up into his eyes.

"Hey guys," Kelly said, walking up to the pair, without Jack in sight.

"Where's Jack?" Allison questioned her.

"He left, I decided to stick around to take you home." She smiled sadly, "It's the least I can do."

"Hey I could take you home instead if you want." Jimmy offered, again.

"Really, guys its fine." Allison said, a little bit of frustration bubbling up inside of her that these individuals thought she couldn't handle herself, "I don't need a babysitter."

"We're not trying to babysit you," Kelly said, her eyebrows coming together in confusion, "we're just trying to make sure you're okay, we are your friends after all."

"Yeah, I guess you're right, "Allison sighed, "I'm just beat up and tired, and a

little bit drunk, I'm sorry." She apologized.

"Look, I'll take you home," Kelly said, looking at Jimmy, "I was gonna leave anyways, so Jimmy can stay."

"You sure?" he asked, "Cuz it really wouldn't be a problem."

"I got it," Kelly nodded, "Thanks so much." She whispered to him.

"Fine." Allison breathed, drowsiness overcoming her, "Thanks, J, for everything." She said, bringing herself close to Jimmy and embracing him in a hug she didn't realized she needed.

"Sure," he nodded, wrapping his arms around her, she seemed to fit so perfectly just under his chin, "I'll see you soon, feel better." He said, kissing the

top of her head before releasing her to Kelly.

"Bye." They both waved to him as they exited the building to their already waiting car.

"So, he's cute, huh?" Kelly smirked once they were both buckled in.

"Oh shut up."
