She took in the figure in front of her; clean shaven, a neat haircut and a perfectly crisp army uniform.

"Jason." Allison's eyes filled with tears, she didn't dare let one slip as she bolted out of her chair and into Jason's awaiting arms.

Her brother, Jason Walker, had been stationed overseas for over a year and she hadn't seen him since last Christmas. She was overwhelmed by this wonderful surprise that she didn't even notice Kelly had come back to sit down at the table.

"It's so good to see you." He said pulling away from his sister, "Kelly helped me find you." He smiled as Allison turned around towards Kelly.

"Um, Jason," Allison began, pulling herself together, "This is-"

"Jimmy and Taj." She cut him off, "I know." He chuckled as Jimmy and Taj laughed slightly, "Nice to meet you guys, I'm Allie's brother." He introduced.

"You too man." Taj responded as Jimmy nodded in agreement.

"Alright, well I just wanted to make a quick stop to surprise you, but I'm gonna go home now to Chelsea and Jess." He smiled, referring to his wife and two year old daughter.

"I'll walk you out." Allison offered as they made their way towards the sidewalk, "She's so big now." Allison smirked, referring to Jess, her niece.

"I can't wait to see her." He said, taking a deep breath. "See you later, love you." He said as they had a final hug.

"Sorry." She apologized as she sat back down.

"Nothin to be sorry for." Jimmy assured her, shaking his head.

"So how long is he back for?" Kelly asked, as she took a sip of her drink.

"He didn't say." Allison shrugged, "Could be a week could be longer, who knows."

"That's tough." Taj observed, biting into his sandwich.

"What do your parents think?" Jimmy questioned.

"I don't know." She sighed, "I doubt they even knew."

"They don't know?" Taj questioned.

"They died before he even enlisted, I don't think they ever knew he had an interest in it."

"Oh." Jimmy whispered thoughtfully, "I'm sorry."

"It's fine." She shrugged, "Anyways, let's talk about something else."

They went on to talk about a new movie that was out, and although Allison had never seen it she attempted to follow along even though her heart and head were becoming tired.

"So, excited for the first game next week?" Allison asked to Taj and Jimmy as they were getting ready to leave.

"Always." Jimmy smiled.

"You're gonna be there right, boss?" Taj asked her.

"Uh, I don't really know yet." She answered honestly, "I have to talk to Matthew and see how this all works for me."

"Well I need you there, so you better be." Taj laughed.

"Yeah they need someone else to yell at them." Kelly joked.
