Disclaimer: I ONLY own the plot and characters that I have created. I don't own anything related to the Bulls, thank you.Allison woke up the next morning with no new notifications. She sighed to herself as she struggled to get her tired self out of bed. She quickly got dressed and threw her hair up into a messy ponytail before double checking all of her luggage.
It was 6:20 and her cab would be here to take her to the airport in ten minutes, so she thought it was probably best to grab all of her stuff and bring it downstairs, so that'd she would be ready.
She grabbed her two duffel bags and her suitcase and dragged herself to the elevator after finally locking her door. She was going to be homesick for the next month, and she already knew it. She decided that since Jimmy hadn't texted her yet, that she figured she should apologize and text him first.
Allison yanked all of her stuff out of the lobby and situated herself on the bench outside to wait for her cab to arrive. She took a deep breath before taking out her phone and beginning a text message to Jimmy.
It'd have to do for now. She knew a text wouldn't just simply make all of their problems go away, but she knew apologizing was the right way to move forward, even if he was still asleep at this hour. Before she realized it, her taxi had pulled up in front of her. It was time to go, no matter how much she wanted to stay.

Jimmy woke up the next morning with a blistering headache; he hadn't been this hungover for a while. And now he remembered why. He squinted his eyes trying to adjust to, what seemed like, the much too bright sun when he realized the situation he was in.
He was trying to convince himself that it was only a bad dream, a nightmare. He'd wake up soon, it was fine. But, nothing about having Allison's best friend in his bed next to him naked was 'fine' at all.
Oh shit.
How could he let himself get into this mess? This wasn't him. He wasn't a 'cheater', especially not to the girl he could see himself with long term. He'd never felt like this about anyone before, so why'd he feel the need to blow it?
Jimmy looked over at the sleeping Kelly and cringed thinking about how the upcoming situation was going to play out. He hesitantly grabbed his phone from his side table to check the time and saw a text message from Allison. Great.
She wrote, "Look J, I'm sorry about last night. I was stupid I should've told you what's been going on with Connor, I just really didn't want to worry you with something that I thought I could handle on my own. You already do way too much and I didn't want to make it seem like I couldn't handle myself. But, I promise that from now on I'm gonna work on it, I swear, I'm gonna tell you everything so much you're going to be thankful when I shut up lol. But really I'm gonna make this relationship work, whatever I need to do to make it better. I love you so much, you don't even know. Miss you already."
He screwed up, and he'd be lying if he said he wasn't freaking out on the inside. How could he let himself do this?
"Kelly!" He urged, not being to wait any longer for her to wake up from her hungover haze, they needed to work this situation out.
"Hmmm?" She questioned, as she stretched, "Oh my god...Jimmy." She said with slight surprise, grabbing her shirt from the nearby pile and slipping it over her naked body.
"Look, we made a mistake." He admitted with panic, "This whole thing was a mistake, I'm sorry."
"Jimmy," she replied, somewhat pulling herself together, "You wouldn't have done this if it wasn't for a reason." She shrugged, "I was mad about Jack and Alli didn't make it any better. You were hot, I was drunk and I took the opportunity. I don't care about Jack anymore, but yeah of course I feel bad for sleeping with my best friend's boyfriend."
