In a tower:
The Doctor comes across the TARDIS.
The Doctor: The TARDIS! Thank god!
Kora: My TARDIS!
The Doctor: You.
Kora: You will not have my TARDIS Doctor!
The Doctor: Yeah well something has happened to mine, what exactly I don't know.
Kora: This will be my TARDIS once more.
The Doctor: After I've found Alex you can have it back.
Quira comes in.
Quira: The TARDIS!
Quira goes to enter it.
The Doctor: Quira!
Quira runs in, Kora holds a blaster up, The Doctor kicks it out of her hand.
Kora: You!
Kora lunges at The Doctor, The Doctor pushes her down & enters the TARDIS.
In the TARDIS:
Quira: We get Alex back now!
The Doctor: Agreed.
Quira: Did you find her?
The Doctor: Hologram but it was generated via DNA which meant she can't have been far, so I checked for Timelord life signs & there were 3, one was me, one had to be Kora, who knows what the 3rd would be.
Quira: So you have a trace of Alex & another Timelord that's not Kora?
The Doctor: Correct, so if I programme the TARDIS tracking system to trace them both, you'll find that-
She squints at the screen, Quira raises an eyebrow.
Quira: Those two red dots there.
The Doctor: That's Alex & another Timelord, coordinates are dodgy though.
Quira: Is it The Master? The Rani? Another version of Kora?
The Doctor: I don't know.
In the Nun's TARDIS:
Alex is being kept in a chamber sedated.
The Nun: Alex... oh Alex, we're going to have fun with you.
The Nun clicks in her face, Alex wakes up, The Nun laughs in her face, she screams.
In the TARDIS:
Quira: Wait! We can track them another way!
The Doctor: How?
Quira: Back on New Earth, they were building these robots, TrackerBots is what they were called, I remember the plans, maybe we could build one to find Alex & said Timelord?
The Doctor: Right. Get me the plans!
In space:
The Doctor's TARDIS & Kora's TARDIS cross each other.
now:
In the bay:
A man walks around a room.
Smyth: I don't believe it! The upgrade is nearly complete!
A machine pumps air onto a bed-like unit, Smyth walks over to a control panel, he pushes some buttons.
-Please.
The bed-like unit moves up, making a gushing noise with air shooting out of it.
-Human 0.2 rise!
He turns around, a robot sits up.
-Cyberman! I am your master!
Cyberman 1: I obey.
Smyth: Your alive! Your alive!
He laughs.

In the TARDIS:
The Doctor sonics a robot.
The Doctor: Right! She should be up & running!
The robot powers up.
Pixel: I am Pixel. I am designed to track and trace beings across the Galaxy.
Quira: Wow!
Pixel: Designated Target - Alexandra Laura Holt. Born on the 23rd October 2003. Target located.
Beeping noises go off. The Doctor looks at the console.
The Doctor: Located! Earth 2021 Kent. Ugh why would anyone wanna go to Kent? Locking on!
The TARDIS materialises.
In a room:
The Doctor's TARDIS materialises, Kora steps out.
Kora: This should do it!
A woman steps out.
Woman: Yes, this will do just fine!
Alex is dragged out of the TARDIS.
Alex: Where are we?
Woman: Where do we keep her?
Kora: Well incase the Doctor does turn up, we should keep the TARDIS here.
Woman: Well yes, after all Ortiz didn't run up & down London for nothing now she?
Kora: Yeah.
Alex: Nun! I am asking you! Where. Are. We?
The Nun: We are in a nuclear power plant.
Alex: What for?
Outside of the nuclear power plant:
Kora's TARDIS materialises, The Doctor steps out, she sonics the air.
The Doctor: Hm.
Quira steps out, Pixel follows her.
Quira: Well? Where are we?
The Doctor: The UK approximately 2022.
Pixel: I have never been to this part of Earth before.
The Doctor: This is the country of tea, chips & coronation street.
Pixel: Scanning database for tea, chips & coronation street.
Slight pause.
Quira: Can you disable that part of her?
The Doctor: She's learning Quira!
Quira: Alright. Pixel tea, chips & coronation street are irrelevant, ok?
Pixel: Noted.
Quira nods.
Quira: What's that?
Pixel: That is the Kent Nuclear Power station, founded in 2020 by Gareth Ford.
The Doctor: Hang on.
Pixel: Temperature is 18 degrees.
Quira: Pixel?
Pixel: Time is 4.55PM of 22nd October 2022.
Quira: What's wrong with her?
The Doctor: I don't know, it must be the software in the power station interfering with her software.
Pixel's eyes turn from blue to red.
Pixel: Delete!
The Doctor: Pixel?
Pixel: Human 2.0 will be supreme!
Quira: Pixel! It's me & The Doctor! Pixel!
The Doctor turns & looks at the nuclear power station.
-Doctor!
The Doctor: Something is going on in that power station & I'm about to find out what.
In the bay:
Multiple Cybermen stand next to each other.
Cybermen: We are the supreme beings! We will replace the human race!
Smyth: My Cybermen! They've made it through the conversion! Yes! Yes! Yes!
Cyberman 2: We need a leader.
Smyth: What?
Cyberman 1: You will be upgraded!
Cyberman 1 grabs Smyth by the neck & slams him into the Cyber conversion unit.
Smyth: No please! I demand you to stop! Stop this ag once! I command you to stop!
Two plugs attach themselves to either side of Smyth's head as electricity crackles & electrocutes Smyth.
-Stop this now!
Cyberman 2: You will become like us!
Smyth: No!
Smyth looks up to see multiple blades & syringes spinning, they move closer to him, he screams in agony as a door slams, through the window blood spilling everywhere is faintly visible.
In the control room:
Kole: Well?
Hari: The cooling tanks are on regular temperature, which means we can relax!
There's a banging coming from an air vent.
Kole: What's that?
Hari; It's coming from the air vent.
Hari opens the air vent, a robotic mouse is sat inside of it.
Kole: It's like some sort of Cyborg or something.
Hari: I think so.
It launches itself at Kole.
-Kole!
Silver begins to spread around Kole, he screams as he melts away slowly.
-Kole!
Hari screams & runs.
In the cupboard:
Alex: Where is she?
Kora: Checking if the coast is clear.
Alex sees a wrench on the floor.
In the basement:
The Doctor, Quira & Pixel are walking down a long corridor.
Quira: How far until we reach the main room?
The Doctor sonics the ceiling.
The Doctor: another two-ish minuets.
Pixel: I have detected another robotic software.
The Doctor: Where does it originate from?
Pixel: Telos.
The Doctor looks at Pixel.
The Doctor: No.
Quira: What?
Pixel: I can detect unhappy energy.
The Doctor: The Cybermen are here. This is bad! This is so so so bad!
Quira: What are Cybermen?
The Doctor: Their robotic humans with all emotion taken.
Quira: Like the Daleks?
The Doctor: Sort of, except they can walk.
The Doctor hands Quira an earpiece.
-Let's split up, we can communicate through these earpieces, Pixel I've rooted them up to you.
Quira: I'll go this way.
The Doctor: Alright.
In the bay:
The conversion unit rises, a Cyberman presses a button, The clamps loosen, a converted Smyth rises.
Cyberman 1: Cyberleader! You have risen!
Cyberleader: Yes I have! I am The Cyberleader!
Cyberman 2: You are our leader!
Cyberleader: I command for all personal to be upgraded.
Cyberman 1: We obey!
The Cybermen march out of the bay.
On the corridor:
Alex runs down a corridor.
Quira: Doctor? Is that you?
Quira shines a torch, she comes actors Alex's face.
-Alex!
Alex: Quira!
The pair run & hug.
Quira: How did you get here?
Alex: Kora & The Nun.
Quira: Nun?
Alex: One of The Doctor's lot.
They hear stomping.
Quira: Cybermen.
They hide in an alcove as multiple Cybermen pass them, they quickly run & they come across the bay.
-In here.
In the bay:
Alex & Quira enter the room.
Alex: What is that?
Quira: A surgical table of some sort.
Alex: Must be.
She points up.
-That's like some sort Swiss Army knife.
Quira moves her torch around.
Quira: Alex!
They see the Cyberleader.
Alex: Damn it! Damn it!
The Cyberleader picks Quira up by the neck & slams her down into the conversion unit.
Quira: Help me!
The Cyberleader electrocutes Alex, she falls, The Cyberleader turns on the machine, the clamps come down on Quira as the surgical tool begins to spin, she screams.
-Somebody help me!
She begins to be electrocuted.
-Help me!
Alex begins to regain consciousness.
-Someone get me out of here please!
Alex wakes up & sees a hammer, she picks it up & smacks The Cyberleader over the head, it falls.
Alex: What do I do?!
Quira: Turn it off!
Alex: How?
Quira: Help me!
Alex sees a gun & shoots at the control panel, it sparks, The conversion unit powers off, the clamps loosen, Quira gets up.
-I nearly died.
Alex: You didn't.
Quira: Any longer, I would have ended up like one of those things.
Alex: But you didn't! Your one of the lucky ones!
Quira cries & hugs Alex.
In the control room:
The Doctor steps in.
The Doctor: Well, this is weird. An empty nuclear control room.
She sonics the room.
-Artron energy.
The Nun: Hello Doctor.
The Doctor turns around.
The Doctor: The Naughty Nun. Hm, probably shouldn't say that, you know people might get a completely different idea.
She giggles.
The Nun: It's been a while, last time I saw you, you were with that Anya Kingdom & her Android pet Mark 7.
The Doctor: For you it has, feels like yesterday it was Christmas.
Ortiz comes in.
Ortiz: We've lost her.
The Nun: What? I
The Doctor: You.
Ortiz: Kora. She lost the prisoner.
The Doctor: Kora?
The Nun: Well find her Ortiz, she's gotta be somewhere.
The Doctor: You stole my TARDIS?
The Nun: Yes, ever since you got me when I met you in the funhouse, I've been thirst for revenge.
The Doctor: Then why didn't you get me when I was with Anya & Mark.
The Nun: I was busy playing Doctor!
The Doctor scoffs.
The Doctor: Have you got Alex?
The Nun: Well, she's somewhere around here, besides with Kora & Ortiz on the case, she's far from free.
Pixel comes in.
Pixel: I can detect another Timelord.
The Doctor: Pixel, this is The Monk.
Pixel: The Cybermen are near.
The Nun: Cybermen?!
The Doctor: Yes! Cybermen.
The Nun: Oh no.
The Doctor: & you've sent your henchmen down there.
The Nun presses a button on her wrist.
The Nun: Ortiz, Kora up here now! Forget the prisoner.
In the basement:
Ortiz's hand device is cackling.
Ortiz: Monk I can't hear you.
The Cybeleader appears.
Cyberleader: You will be upgraded!
Ortiz: What are you?
The Cyberleader grabs Ortiz by the neck & drags her to the bay.
-No! Help me!  Please!
The operating device begins to active, Ortiz screams.
In the control room:
The Nun screams in anger.
The Doctor: That's what happens. You see?
The Nun: You shut your mouth Doctor!
The Doctor: Charmed, I'm sure.
Alex & Quira appear.
Alex: Doctor!
She hugs The Doctor.
Quira: The Cybermen! They're on their way up! There's loads of them, they've upgraded all of the crew of this place.
The Cybermen appear with the Cyberleader in the front of them.
Quira: Oh no!
The Doctor: Oh what do you lot want?
The Cyberleader: Earth will be ours.
The Doctor: Same old ideology I'll take it.
The Cyberleader: The Cybermen have been adapted to live in radioactive climates.
The Doctor: Ok and?
The Cyberleader: We will blow up this reactor to adapt ourselves to this planet!
The Doctor: Not on my watch.
The Cyberleader: Then you will become like us!
The Doctor throws her TARDIS key to Alex & Quira.
The Doctor: Alex, Quira get to the TARDIS, now!
Alex: What about you?
Quira: & Pixel?
The Doctor: We'll be fine! Now go!
Alex & Quira run, The Cybermen run after them, they become cornered.
Alex: Doctor!
She screams.
Cyberman 1: You will become like us!
The Doctor: Alex! What's your necklace made of?
Alex: Gold, why?
The Doctor: Push it into the Cyberman's chest!
Alex takes her necklace of & pushes it onto the Cyberman's chest, it screams in pain.
Quira: Come on!
More Cybermen follow them.
The Doctor: Yoo-Hoo! Oi Cybermen! Over here!
The Doctor sonics the Cybermen, making them spark.
Kora appears.
The Nun: Cyberleader! I'm preparing meltdown!
The Doctor: No!
The Cyberleader: Good The Cybermen can live in their own environment once more!
The Nun begins to press buttons.
The Doctor: No!
The Cyberleader laughs.
On the corridor:
Quira & Alex run.
Quira: The door!
Alex tries to open it.
Alex: They've sealed it. We're trapped.
Quira takes a sonic probe from her pocket.
-That's a sonic screwdriver.
Quira: Probe.
Alex: How did you get it.
Quira: Found an instruction manual in the TARDIS library & just built it from there!
Alex: Does the Doctor know?
Quira: No.
The Cybermen are getting closer.
Alex: Quira! Open it!
Cyberman 1: You will become like us!
Alex screams.
Alex: Open it! Quira!
Quira: I don't know how to!
Alex: Push the button.
Quira sonics the door.
Cyberman 2: You belong to us!
The door opens.
Quira: Alex go!
Alex stares at them.
-Go! Move I said! Move!
Alex runs out, Quira follows her, she seals the door, A fist dent appears as The Cybermen attempt to break through, the girls scream.
Alex: The TARDIS!
Quira: Not The Doctor's TARDIS though. Kora's.
Alex: Where is Kora?
Quira: I don't know.
In the Doctor's TARDIS:
Kora puts on a vortex manipulator.
Kora: Now. This should get me out of here.
She presses a button.
Outside of the power plant:
Kora appears.
Kora: So, you got away.
Alex: Yeah. After you kidnapped me.
Kora laughs.
Kora: Tell me. What do you know of Dreamland?
Quira: I don't know.
Alex: Me too.
Kora throws a liquid over them, they fade away.
In the control room:
The Nun looks at her watch.
The Nun: & We've got you on your own Doctor!
She presses a button, an alarm goes off.
The Doctor: What have you done.
The Nun: I have override the reactor, sending it into automatic meltdown, in approximately ten minutes.
The Doctor: The amount of radioactive material in this place could run 113.5 miles, that'd cover the whole of London & further! Luton, Croydon, Milton Keynes, Watford & nearly Southend-on-sea! You'd kill thousands.
Cyberleader: The Cybermen need to survive, we have adapted to radioactive climates. It makes us stronger. Superior. Faster.
The Doctor: That's what this is all about isn't it? Being better. Being more feared. There's nothing fearful about you lot! Your just robots with a gun with only one thing in mind to do. Kill. Kill. Kill. That's all your good for! Killing!
The Doctor slams a desk, Pixels eyes turn red.
Pixel: Kill.
The Doctor: Pixel?
Pixel's arm transforms into a blade.
Pixel: Kill.
The Doctor: Oh great.
Pixel: Kill The Doctor!
Pixel strikes for The Doctor, The Doctor runs, Pixel misses & slams into the controls.
The Doctor: No!
The alarms go off, The Nun laughs maniacally.
Interface: Nuclear reactor going into meltdown.
The Doctor: No! Look what you've done!
Pixel marches for The Doctor.
-Oh no you don't!
Pixel sonics The Doctor, she sparks.
-I'm sorry Pixel. I'm sorry
The Doctor runs.
In dreamland:
Alex wakes up.
Rick: Morning babe.
Alex: Hm?
Rick: You've had a right good old sleep you have.
He laughs.
Alex: I- I was.
Rick: You getting up? You've got work in two hours.
Alex: Work?
Rick: Yeah, remember your babysitting job?
Alex: Oh yeah, how could I forget. Speaking of forgetting, I was somewhere. Someone called The Doctor or something like it. I don't know.
Alex picks her phone up.
-18th April 2022, Something happened on this date. But what?
In a hospital:
Professor Kahn: Ah! Quira! It's nice to see you.
Quira: You too.
Quira clenches her face.
Nurse: You alright Quira?
Quira: Yeah, I-
Quira sighs.
In the real world:
The Doctor is taken into a chamber.
The Doctor: What is this place?
The Nun: The chamber where you find out everything that you once knew is a lie.
The Doctor: Been there. Done that.
The Nun clicks her fingers, revealing two people.
The Doctor: Rodan! Joura!
Rodan: Help us Doctor!
Joura: Our daughter. She has done this.
The Doctor: Your daughter?
Gallifrey, 5 months ago:
A man & a woman enter a TARDIS.
In the TARDIS:
Woman: Are we doing the right thing?
Man: Yeah, think about it, if we go to Earth, we won't be caught up in anymore of Rassilon's ridiculous political views.
Woman: That's what Romana's trying to thwart.
Man: Look we're doing the right thing.
Woman: Do you think she'll adjust?
Man: Yes, she only 100 years old, she'll be fine.
Woman: If you say so.
The man punches in the coordinates, The TARDIS materialises.
Man: We're doing the right thing right, Rodan?
Rodan: Yes Joura, escaping Rassilon's new regime is important!
Joura pushes buttons on the console.
Joura: A house, we'll fit it fine!
Rodan: Yeah!
They press buttons, The TARDIS morphs into a house.
Joura: Our names shall be Bell, Kane & Harper, we're a normal family, ok?
Rodan: Ok, Kora?
Kora: Ok daddy.
The Doctor: Your Kora's parents!
The Cybermen come in.
Cyberleader: You will watch Doctor as we execute the TimeSensitives.
The door blasts open, destroying the Cybermen & The Cyberleader.
The Doctor: What the-
The Nun: What is this trickery?
The Nun screams.
Jo: Stopping an environmental risk!
Ace: What she does best!
The Doctor: Ace! Jo!
Jo: Hello Doctor.
Ace: Alright Professor?
The Doctor: I-
Ace: Gordon Bennet! What is this place?
The Nun presses a button, the walls open to reveal Alex & Quira on a bed.
The Doctor: Alex! Quira!
The Nun: Not a single step Doctor!
The Nun presses another button, two surgical units come out of the ceiling.
The Doctor: What are doing?
The Nun: One step & I will put them through for total conversion!
There are muffled shooting noises coming from above.
The Doctor: Who?
Jo: Kate Stewart, Petronella Osgood & the UNIT team.
The Doctor: Your done for good Nun! Accept your defeat & stop this madness!
The Nun smiles.
The Nun: Ok.
She presses a button, The Cyber conversion units power up.
The Doctor: No!
Jo: Their poor souls.
The Doctor: Stop this!
The Nun throws the controller on the floor & stands on it, breaking it.
Rodan: You monster!
The Nun: Of course, they were expendable.
The Doctor: What are you talking about?!
The Nun: Alex & Quira of course, I put them in your life. You were guaranteed to meet even if Alex denied the job!
Ace: You manipulated the timelines?
The Nun: More like stitched.
In the house:
Alex screams as everything around her goes black.
Voice: YOU. ARE. DYING.
In the hospital:
Everything around Quira goes black.
Quira: Help me! Please help me! Someone!
She screams.
In the room:
Alex & Quira scream in agony as the cyber conversion units snip & drill at them, The Doctor cries.
The Doctor: Your killing them! Stop this now!
Ace cocks her gun.
Ace: Stop this at once. Or I will put a bullet through you.
Jo runs over to the control.
Jo: What do I do?
Ace: Shoot at controls or something!
Jo shoots at the controls.
Jo: It won't stop.
Ace: How do we stop it?
The Nun: You don't.
Kora comes in.
Kora: Mother. Father.
The Doctor: That liquid what is it?
The Nun: Radioactive material.
The Doctor: I could reverse the development of the nuclei.
Ace: Reverse the polarity?
The Doctor: Yeah.
Jo: You'd create a nuclear blast! Like-like reversing the polarity of the neutron flow!
The Doctor: Yes Jo! Only in this room.
Rodan: What about us?
Joura: Doctor?
The Doctor sonics them, they are released.
The Doctor: Ace, Jo, Rodan & Joura leave. Now.
Ace: What about you?
The Doctor: I'll be fine.
Ace: I'm not leaving you!
The Doctor: Go.
Ace: Don't be stupid Professor.
Jo: Ace! Come on! The Doctor can regenerate!
Ace: But she can't escape a room sealed with radioactive contents!
The Doctor applies a sleep patch to Ace's neck, she collapses.
The Doctor: Get her out.
Jo: Good luck Doctor.
She smiles, The Doctor smiles back.
The Doctor: Thank you, Ms Jones.
She runs with Ace over her shoulder.
Outside of the power station:
Jo runs with Ace over her shoulder.
Rodan: Come on!
Joura: Hurry!
In the chamber:
Kora: Think about what your doing Doctor.
The Doctor: Oh I am.
The Nun: Don't you dare.
Everything blackens, The Doctor is visable.
The Doctor: My name is The Doctor. I am billions of years old. I fight Daleks, Sontarans, Cybermen, Silurians, Ice Warriors. I save people. I save them from the darkness.
She raises an eyebrow with a smirk, the screen chamber reappears around her.
-Did someone call A Doctor?
The Doctor sonics a monitor, the walls explode.
The Nun: No!
Kora: Curse you Doctor!
The Doctor seals the doors.
In the chamber:
Quira & Alex scream as the room turns white.
The Nun: Doctor!
On a corridor:
The Doctor runs.
Outside:
Jo continues to Run, the ground shakes violently, She is thrusted forwards, dropping Ace, Jo screams as she hits the ground.
Rodan: The Doctor.
Joura: She's dead.
Jo: Oh Doctor.
Ace wakes up.
Ace: No. please. Please!
She cries.
-The Doctor's dead.
The Doctor walks up from behind.
The Doctor: No. I'm not.
Ace clenches her face angrily, she gets up & slaps The Doctor.
Jo: Oh.
Ace: Don't you ever do that again! D'you here me?
Ace hugs The Doctor.
Jo: Doctor? Say something.
The Doctor: I've lost everything. My friends. They all died in there. Alex, Quira, Pixel. I'm sorry. I couldn't save Kora.
Rodan: It's fine. She was evil.
Jo's phone rings.
Jo: Hello?
Slight pause.
-Ok thank you Kate!
She cuts her off.
-The power plant is going to be sealed up.any chance of any Cybermen still alive escaping is very slim.
The Doctor: Great.
The Doctor's TARDIS materialises.
Ace: Is this it?
The Doctor: What?
Ace: No goodbye?
The Doctor: Bye.
Jo: Doctor?
The Doctor: What.
Jo: We're sorry for your loss. We really are.
Rodan: I guess we'd better get back to Gallifrey.
Joura: Yeah.
Ace's watch beeps.
Ace: Sam Bishop has a car parked for us round the corner, come on.
The Doctor: Good old Sam Bishop.
Ace: You've met him?
The Doctor: In another life.
The Doctor steps into her TARDIS. It materialises.
Ace: Jo.
Jo: Yeah?
Ace: Do you think she'll be ok?
Jo: She's The Doctor.
Ace: But do YOU think she'll be ok? She went through a lot in there. She's lost Alex & Quira.
Jo: The Doctor will get better, in time. It was the same when we were stranded on Spiridon, he was lost for a while but... he came back.
Ace: Yeah.
Jo: Don't worry Ace. She will be fine.
Ace & Jo walk off.
In the TARDIS:
The Doctor sighs.
The Doctor: Alone again.
The TARDIS chimes.
-I tried to save them. It was too late. They were already partially converted.
A man fades in.
The Wanderer: Hello Doctor.
The Doctor: Who are you?
The Wanderer: I am The Wanderer.
The Doctor: What do you want?
The Wanderer: I see you are in full sorrow. Pick a box.
The Wanderer makes two boxes appear.
The Doctor: What for?
The Wanderer: Pick one.
The Doctor: Oh I don't know, number 2.
The Wanderer: You chose Alex.
The Doctor: What?
The Wanderer: You chose Alex to survive.
The Doctor: No! Please! I can't!
The wanderer fades, Alex fades in.
Alex: I was being turned into one of them bot things.
The Doctor: I saved you.
Alex: Take me home.
The Doctor: What?
Alex: I was terrified of what Kora & The Monk may have done to me & what happened today. That can't happen again. I'm sorry, but I want to go home. Please.
The Doctor smiles.
The Doctor: Of course.
The Doctor materialises the TARDIS.
On Earth:
The TARDIS materialises.
The Doctor & Alex step out.
The Doctor: Home.
Alex: Thanks for bringing me home.
The Doctor: No problem.
Alex: Doctor-
The Doctor: I'm sorry. I am so sorry.
The Doctor gets into the TARDIS.
Alex: Doctor. I never said t-
Alex sighs.
-Thanks for all the good memories.
Alex walks away, she takes her phone out, she rings someone.
