Quira: PREVIOUSLY ON DOCTOR WHO:
They all hear shouting outside of the building, Layna looks out of the window.
Layna: There's people trying to get in.
Kahn walks over.
The Doctor: It's over.
Professor Kahn: If that's the case then I have one last plan.
He goes over to the controls & begins to mess with them.
Quira: Your releasing all the crafts into the Sun! You'll blow New Earth up! You can't do this!
Professor Kahn: Then I suppose I can't do this either. Pass me your gun Layna.
Layna: Why?
Professor Kahn: PASS ME YOUR GUN!
Layna gives Professor Kahn the gun, he shoots Layna in the leg, she screams, he laughs maniacally.
Alex: I'm not having this.
Alex grabs a gun on the side & shoots the machine, it sparks, Professor Kahn jumps back.
Professor Kahn: Who?
Alex: Me. Now listened here you purity obsessed lunatic-
Alex cocks the gun & points it at him.
-Your going to let us go & you will accept defeat, got it? Now Doctor-
The Doctor: Alex no!
Alex: Doctor, Quira get yourselves to the TARDIS, got it?
Quira: But what about you?
Alex: I'll be fine!
The Doctor, Quira & Alex back away, there's two gunfires, Kahn falls to the floor, Alex screams.
NOW:
In the TARDIS:
The Doctor pulls the lever, the TARDIS dematerialises.
Quira: Free from Mars!
The Doctor: Yeah!
Suddenly an alarm blares.
-What now?
Quira: What is it?!
The Doctor: The TARDIS! She's picked up a signal from another TARDIS!
Quira: Your's?
The Doctor: Potentially!
Quira: Trace it!
The Doctor: Ah.
Quira: What?
The Doctor: New Earth.
Quira: Home.
The Doctor: Specifically New London.
Quira: So definitely home. It's fine. Honestly.
The Doctor: Only if your sure.
Quira: Yeah, I'm fine.
The Doctor pulls a lever.
On New Earth:
A TARDIS materialises, The Nun steps out, Kora & Alex follow.
The Nun: New Earth.
Alex: I've been here before. Why here of all places?
Kora: Why not?
The Nun: You see... We are going to play a game of what you earthlings would call - Tom & Jerry.
She laughs.
The three of them walk away, Kora's TARDIS materialises, The Doctor & Quira exit.
Quira: Home.
The Doctor: Yeah.
Quira: Feels weird being back after all that.
Sergeant Carmichael: Quira Luckinheart?
Quira: Yeah?
Sergeant Carmichael: You need to come with me.
Quira: Why? What is it?
Sergeant Carmichael: You are to give evidence against Dr Harold Khan.
Quira: I am?
Sergeant Carmichael: Yes. You are.
Quira: I see, Doctor once the evidence-giving is over I'll meet you back here? Hopefully with Alex this time.
The Doctor: Yes. Hopefully.
She waves as she is escorted away.
-Right. What now?
The Doctor sonics a bracelet.
-DNA traces tell me this way.
The Doctor walks off.
In a prison cell:
Verity: Khan, I am Verity Springfield, I'll be your lawyer in the Genocide case.
Dr Khan: Perfect.
She walks away, he goes over to the toilet in his cell & takes out a device, it bleeps.
-They. They are in orbit.
He laughs.
-They are coming!

Kora: You will remain here. The Nun & I have some business to attend to.

In the courtroom:
Judge: All rise.
Everyone stands, the judge nods, they sit.
-We are here today for the trial of Dr Harold Khan who committed an act of genocide. So tell us Harold, why did you do it?
Dr Khan: Isn't it obvious?
Quira: No, because we're not all obsessed with purity you lunatic.
Dr Khan: Quira. The woman who was by my side as I committed my 'heinous' crimes.
People begin to stare & talk.
Judge: Silence!
Dr Khan: You see, Quira stood by me as I set thousands to be cured.
Judge: & by cured you mean executed. Do you realise how awful those murders were?
Dr Khan: No because I was freeing the world of weakness, those who are terminally ill don't need to be here until they die.
Judge: Do you ever think about your opinions & think how warped your views are?
Dr Khan: No never. I honestly don't see how you tolerate this madness,
Quira: Tolerate? Tolerate?! You were brutally murdering people who were ill or people who had to use wheelchairs or people with any kind of genetic disorder, you call that tolerance?
Judge: Silence!
Dr Khan: Yes. Shut your mouth.
Quira: Don't you dare sit there feeling happy with yourself after what you did. What you did was disgusting, so you get of your high horse, sitting there & laughing at me like some immature little boy that's being told off for pushing over his little sister & don't you ever shut me down, don't you ever tell me to shut my mouth, you know what you did was wrong but why can't you except it? Is it because your too embarrassed to admit what you did was wrong? Are you that much of a monster? Are you that much pathetic? Well let me tell you something you fascist bastard, you should be the one flown into the sun & burnt to death because this world has not got room for the likes of you. So, who wants to hear MY side of the story? For months he fooled us with the sun colonies, he even created a satellite fitted with an AI interface to pretend to be real colonists on the other side, he told us that because of the destruction of the Earth in the year 5,000,000,000 that the sun's heat energy had weakened meaning it could be inhabited but he lied! HE LIED! HIM! THERE HIM! THAT man!
Judge: Well it's without a doubt that from all the statements we've had from his team, that we can skip straight to the jury.
On the streets:
The Doctor wonders the street.
The Doctor: Where are you Alex? Where are you?
Alex: Doctor...
Alex appears, she runs behind a large metal cylinder.
The Doctor: Alex!
Alex: Doctor...

He sees her run down an alleyways

The Doctor runs down the alleyway.
In the room:
Alex watches The Doctor chase after her onscreen.
Alex: What the hell? That's not me! That's not me! Doctor!
She sighs.
-She can't hear you... she can't hear you. Why would she be able to hear you?
In the courtroom:
Judge: Does the jury find Dr Harold Khan guilty or not guilty?
Jury 1: Guilty.
Jury 2: Guilty.
Jury 3: Guilty.
Dr Khan: No. No!
Quira: This man was guilty from the moment he could walk upon this Earth.
Judge: I sentence you to life imprisonment.
Dr Khan: I suppose if the I get life, then you all get none.
Quira: What?
Dr Khan: They are coming & when they do... there will be hell. to. play.
He laughs as he takes a device out of his pocket.
Quira: Get down! Get down!
People get down.
Dr Khan: May you rest in hell.
He laughs, he presses the button as the courtroom explodes.
In the room:
Alex hears the explosion, she looks to see smoke coming from the town hall.
Alex: What the hell?
Aratatia: Alert! Bomb Explosion Detected!
An alarm blares.
Alex: Bomb?
She runs to the door & bangs on it.
-Let me out! Please!
On the street:
The Doctor hears the explosion.
The Doctor: Oh no.
Alex: Follow me...
The Doctor follows Alex.
Alex enters a tower, The Doctor enters.
In the courtroom:
Quira wakes up.
Quira: Where am I?
She coughs.
-Jeez.
Verity: You ok?
Quira: Yeah, I think so.
Verity: Let's go!
They run out of the destroyed courtroom.
In the street:
Quira runs out with Verity.
The Doctor: Quira!
Quira: Dr Khan, he destroyed the courtroom.
The Doctor: Alex! She's in there!
Quira: She is?
The Doctor: Come on!
Quira: I need to stay here, help those who might be injured.
The Doctor: Ok.
The Doctor runs into the tower.
Quira: Does anyone need any help?
In the tower:
The Doctor runs up a flight of stairs, she runs into a room overlooking New London.
Alex: Doctor!
The Doctor: Alex!
In the room:
Alex: No. Doctor! It's a trap! It's a trap! Doctor!
In the tower:
The Doctor hugs Alex, however she fades away.
The Doctor: Oh.
Kora: Oh indeed.
The Doctor: Hologram... pretty nasty trick if you ask me.
Kora: Yeah well I didn't.
The Doctor: Where is she?
Kora: You'll never know.
In the room:
The nun appears.
The Nun; Come on Alex.
In the Nun's TARDIS:
Alex: Let me go!
The Nun: Never!
Outside of the town hall:
Verity: What did he mean when he said THEY are coming?
Quira: I don't know. I don't want to know.
In the tower:
Kora: Our grand plan has only just begun Doctor.
The Doctor: Our?
Kora: Our.
Suddenly a roaring sound is heard, a ship docks on top of a building.
The Doctor: That's a-
Kora: What?
The Doctor: Is that who your working with?
Outside of the town hall:
Verity: What the hell?
Quira: What is it?
Verity: I don't know!
In the tower:
Kora: Whoever they are I can guarantee you that we know nothing about them.
The Doctor: I've not seen a ship like that for a very long time.
Kora: Doctor! Who. Are. They?
The Doctor: Drahvins.
