5.6 - The Ultimate Island (Part One)

In a TARDIS:
Letotia: The book of Raston. Finally I have it.
She opens it.
-(reading) The Ultimata. Legends.
She raises an eyebrow.
-Ultimata? What the hell is that?
An image of a white creature with white tentacles & a blue head with green eyes.
-The full potential.
She turns the page.
-When A Timelord reaches the Purity Lake upon The Horizon Forests of Hundor their full potential is unlocked. What the hell is this?
She places the book down & walks over to a shelf.
-Guide to the universe.
She runs her finger along the shelves.
-Guide to the universe. Guide to the universe.
She stops.
-Ah.
She takes the book & opens it.
-H. H. H. H. Here we are. Hundor. Coordinates are... bottom left.
She walks over to the console & punches in the coordinates.
-Hundor.
On Hundor:
Letotia's TARDIS materialises, she steps out.
-Creepy.
She sees forests swarmed by smoke with a cave visible beyond the trees.
-This must be The Horizon Forests. In I go.
She enters the forest.
In The Horizon Forest:
A snake slithers up a tree, She jumps.
-Snake.
She laughs & continues to walk.
At The Cave Of Ascension:
-The Cave Of Ascension.
She enters in.
Inside the cave:
She sees a glow in the distance.
Mantis: Welcome to The Purity Lake!
Letotia: Who are you?
Mantis: I am here to help unlock your full potential!
Letotia: What?
Mantis pushes Letotia, she falls into a lake.
-Hey! What are you playing at?!
Mantis: One drop. That's all it takes.
Letotia: What?
The water begins to bubble.
-Oh no.
She looks down.
-This is The Purity Lake!
She screams as her eyes go purple, her arms split into four before her hands morph into her body, her lips turn gold as she begins to turn into a squid like creature, she screams.
In a junkyard:
The TARDIS is sat on a pile of junk.
Alex: A junkyard?
Rick: I don't understand why we're here. I thought this was supposed to be an exciting thing that the TARDIS latched onto?
The Doctor: So did I!
Rick: So what are we looking for?
Alex: Woah!
Rick: What?!
Alex: A pound coin! All the way out here in space, looks like it's from the ones that were discontinued in 2017. Should probably hold onto that, might be worth something now.
Rick: Ah yes! The previous pound coin, every coin collector's dream possession!
Suddenly a spark noise is heard.
Alex: What was that?
Rick: Was that a spark noise?
The Doctor: Slowly walk back to the TARDIS.
Suddenly a robot sits up from the debris.
Alex: Oh it's just a robot, quite cute to be honest.
The Doctor: Get in the TARDIS!
Alex: Why?
The Doctor: It's a sleeper bot.
Rick: You mean?
The Doctor: It's programmed to explode when someone comes into close contact!
Rick: Get down!
An explosion goes off.

On A Ship:
The Doctor wakes up.
The Doctor: Where am I?!
Andra: Please, remain calm. You have a mild concussion from that nasty explosion.
The Doctor: Alex, Rick. Where are they?
Andra: The male & female are in another medical bay.
The Doctor: Are they ok?
Andra: The male sustained a nasty cut to the face that will scar & the female has one arm in plaster.
The Doctor: Oh god.
Andra: Please relax.
The Doctor: Can I see them?
Andra: Please, you must rest.
The Doctor: Can I see them?!
Andra: Gamja!
Gamja: Andra?
Andra: The other casualties picked up with this woman, are they awake?
Gamja: Yes. Come this way.
In another med bay:
Andra: Here they are.
Alex: Doctor!
Rick: My face is on fire.
The Doctor: I am so sorry, I wasn't aware we had landed on a battleground.
Rick: It's fine.
Alex: I see you've come out of it unscathed.
The Doctor: I have a mild concuss-
Alex: Unscathed then.
Rick: So, can we go now that we're all alive?
Alex: I guess so, where's the TARDIS?
Andra: TARDIS?
Ganja: You had a 4th member?
The Doctor: No!
Alex: The blue box.
Rick: Did you pick up a blue box?
Andra: Unfortunately not.
Alex: Ok, does this ship have escape pods?
The Doctor: She's gone.
Rick: Maybe they can reroute the flight path? Turn the ship around?
Ganja: We're five days ahead of your pickup point.
Alex: We've been out for five days? There must be some kind of escape pod!
Andra: Our escape pods are currently out of use.
Rick: What even is this place?
Luciana: This is the Mandeville 360. A war ship & a flying hospital.
The Doctor: Like The Tsuranga?
Luciana: Yes.
The Doctor: Ended up on one of these sort of ships before.
Alex: Why am I not surprised?
Rick: How do we get back to our ship.
Luciana: You don't.
Alex: What?
Luciana: When we land at Hanza's Point in The Meriditian Galaxy, a ship will go back out the other way towards where we found you in the Leantha System.
Rick: & how long will that be?
Luciana: 2 weeks.
Alex: Ok, then we just get off at the next stop & hitch a lift.
Luciana: The next stop is 2 days away.
Rick: Oh my god.
Alex: Someone dig monopoly out. This is gonna be a long ride.
Amster: Luciana!
Luciana: Amster?
Amster: Our weapon against the Kraals is ready.
Luciana: Great. Prepare it for launch.
Amster walks away.
The Doctor: I'll be back in just a moment.
The Doctor follows Amster.
-Oi!
In a room:
-Oi!
Amster: Hello, Doctor.
The Doctor: What the hell are you doing here?!
The Master: I have made a discovery.
The Doctor: What kind of discovery?
The Master: Beyond The Timeless Child.
The Doctor: What?
The Master: This ship. It's destined to crash land on the surface of Hundor.
The Doctor: Crash?! W-why are you here?!
The Master: When I discovered The Timeless Child in the matrix, there was more, there is a Secret Of The Timelords upon the planet Hundor. My TARDIS wouldn't allow me near the planet, boarding this ship & experiencing the crash was my only option to get me there. Take my hand, Doctor. As we discover this secret together.
The Master grabs The Doctor's hand.
The Master: We're about the be attacked by a Kraal war fleet in 5...4...3...2...1.
Suddenly there's an explosion, an alarm blares, Alex & Rick run in.
Alex: You!
Rick: Who is he?
Alex: The Master.
The Master: Have we met?
Alex: No. but I see the anger & evil & hatred in your eyes, I'd recognise it anywhere.
Rick: What's going on?!
The Doctor: The ship. It's going to crash land on the planet of Hundor.
Alex: Oh my god.
They all fall to the floor as the ship begins to drop out of the sky.
Luciana: Prepare for impact!
On Hundor:
The ship comes into orbit as it is visible in the sky.
Mantis: Timelords. I sense Timelords!
The ship begins to come closer to The Horizon Foresta.
-I'd better prepare The Purity Lake.
She runs as the ship crash lands.
