The door of Lucius's office opened wide. Draco was standing at the doorway squeezing a "Daily Prophet" in his hand. His blue eyes sparkled with anger.
Kass wanted to pull awayfrom Lucius, but he hugged her even tighter.
"Well, it's true I guess" Draco spat showing the newspaper.
"Firstly, calm down and lower your tone" Lucius said. "Seconsly, it depends on what do you mean by ''truth''. Of course, this article is nonsence. The truth is only the fact that relationship were born between me and Kassandra."
"What are you talking about, father? What relationship?" Draco said furiously.
"Ususal relationship. Like between two people. We wanted you to fing out not by this nasty way. But, if it happened we can do nothing" Lucius replied.
Draco gave Kass a scornful look.
"How good are you, Jones. I didn't expect this from you. You came up with a great plan. So innocent and selfless. Juct tell me, did you decide to jump into my father's bed from the beginning?" he said.
"Watch your language, Draco!" Lucius thundered.
Kass pulled away from Lucius.
"No need, Lucius. I don't wanna argues between you two" she said.
Kass looked at Lucius as she asked him not to start fighting with his son.
"Draco, I came to your father's house to help him. None of us could suppose we'll love each other" she replied calmly.
"Love, my ass! You're just a whore who needs father's money" Draco spat.
"Draco Malfoy. Don't you dare to speak with Kass like that!" Lucius interrupted. "Apologize now!"
Draco puffed in scorn.
"No way. I'm not going to talk with neither with you nor with your whore" Draco said.
With these words Draco turned around and left the office, slamming the door.
"That's what I excpected" Kass said sadly looking at the closed door.
Lucius slightly raised her chin making her look into his eyes.
"Don't worry. Draco is too emotional. Chip off the old block" he said.
"I think not the fact of our relationship made Draco so angry. He's mad at you for lying to him. You told him that you aren't interested in Gryffindors. And you sounded credibly. It's my fault. It's my stupid fears. If we told anything from the beginning there won't be any scandal now" Kass said looking at Lucius.
Lucius grinned sadly.
"Kass, in such case we would have a scandal earlier. It's not your fault at all. Look at me, and you'll understand my son's behaviour" he replied.
"Yes. But I don't want to ruin your family. We have to do something" Kass said.
"Sooner or later Draco will calm down. And then we'll talk. It's useful to disturb him right now. It'll make everything only worse. So, calm down and stop winding yourself up. You'll see, everything will be good" Lucius said hugging Kass.
"I believe you, Lucius. Let's wait. I hope everything will be fine. You deserved to be happy" Kass replied.
"We both deserved. And we will be happy" Lucius said.
Lucius kissed Kass's lips. His lips moved lower to her neck and collarbones. But Kass pulled away.
"What's wrong?" Lucius asked.
