After the wedding ceremony, everyone made their way to the lobby for cocktail hour while Rory, Logan, and all their family members went to take pictures. After taking pictures, everyone made their way to the ballroom for dinner and the reception.
"Ok, letting the kids pick the food was the best idea ever" Lorelai said. Dinner was served buffet style, and there were no set seats so everyone could sit wherever they wanted.
"They did a good job, right" Rory said. Amelia and Avery wanted to help with the wedding planning so Rory and Logan let them help plan the food. Together with Rory, Amelia and Avery decided to have a bunch of different food stations. There was a mac and cheese station, a taco bar, pizza, barbecue, a breakfast station, and a salad bar.
"They're geniuses" April said
Just then Abigail, Avery, and Amelia ran over. "Mom!"
"What's happening?" Rory asked
"Look!" Abigail said and handed Rory a tooth.
Only a mother would be completely unfazed by being handed a tooth. "Ok. Maybe this is a weird question but uh...whose tooth did you just put in my hand?"
"Mine!" Avery said
"That's not your tooth" Rory said. She knew it was, but that was Avery's first tooth and it made her just a little bit sad to think of her baby growing up.
"Yes it is" Avery giggled
"Are you old enough for your teeth to fall out?"
"I'm 5" Avery said
"Which one of you two pulled it?" Rory asked. She knew that Avery's tooth had been wiggling, but she also knew that it wasn't loose enough yet to fall out on its own.
"I did" Abigail said
"Gross" Lorelai said
"Ok, new rule" Rory said. "No more pulling out each other's teeth"
"Why?" Avery asked
"Because it's kinda gross"
"Ok" the girls all said and ran off
"And on todays episode of 'things I never thought I'd say'"Rory chuckled. "My kids are such weirdos"
"So is their mother" Lorelai said
"Are you allowed to call someone a weirdo on their wedding day?" April asked
"I don't see why not" Logan said, appearing behind Rory. "Hi" he leaned down to kiss her. "Especially if they are weird"
"You're weirder than I am" Rory said
"On what planet?"
"Earth"
Logan just laughed and kissed Rory again before sitting down next to her.

Rory sat, watching Logan dance with the girls. She couldn't help but smile.
"You picked a good one, huh?" Lane said as she appeared next to Rory
"What?" Rory asked as she snapped out of her thoughts.
"Logan" Lane said. "With the girls. He's sweet"
"Yeah" Rory smiled. "I got pretty lucky"
"I think he's the lucky one" Lane said
Rory smile but before she could say anything, 2 blonde haired, blue eyed, little girls came running towards her.
"Mommy, come dance with us" Avery said.
