Jumping ahead to July 17th 2019. 2 days before Rory and Logan's wedding. They were both very insistent on not have bachelor or bachelorette parties, so their friends decided to do something else. They arrived at Colin's house where he, Finn, Stephanie, Rosemary, Juliet, Melissa, Carrie, Alyssa, Lane, Paris, Doyle and Honor were all waiting for them.
"Perfect, you're here!" Finn said. "These are for you" he handed Rory and Logan each a glass of champagne.
"So at what point do you guys tell us what we're doing here?" Logan asked
"You guys refused bachelor and bachelorette parties, depriving your friends of the chance to embarrass you before your wedding" Lane explained. "That wasn't really fair, since you guys got to embarrass all of us"
"So we're gonna embarrass you together" Stephanie said
Logan laughed. "What does that mean?"
"It means that you" Lane said and pointed at Logan "sit there" she pointed at a chair. "And you" she pointed at Rory. "Sit there" she pointed at another chair. The 2 chairs were facing each other and they were so close together that Rory and Logan didn't really have space for their legs. Rory pulled her legs up to sit cross legged on the chair. "So we all know that Rory and Logan are incapable of resisting each other. That's how my friend Rory here ended up with 3 kids before she was 30"
"Ok, one of those was planned" Rory said
"Doesn't matter" Lane said. "So here's the game" she put one hand on the back of Rory's head and one hand on the back of Logan's and gently pushed their foreheads together. "First person to kiss the other loses"
Rory laughed. "Who came up with this?"
"That would be me" Melissa said
"You're gonna lose" Rory said
"Probably" Logan chuckled. His lips were very close to Rory's and it would be so easy for him to just kiss her.
A few minutes went by and they were still sitting there.
"What do you smell like?" Rory asked
"What?" Logan asked
"You smell like something. I can't figure out what it is"
"Do you realize how weird that sounds to the rest of us?" Paris asked
"Yes" Rory said. "What is it"
"I don't know" Logan said. He knew exactly what Rory was smelling. He also really, really wanted to kiss her.
"Yes you do" Rory said. "Tell me"
"No"
"Logan!"
Logan put his hand on the back of Rory's head and kissed her. "Your shampoo"
"You lost"
"Good" He said and kissed her again
A little while later everyone was just sitting around and talking.
