Me and layna went to take a shower when Mason started crying. I told Layna to take a shower and that i would go get him, when i walked into his room the poor boy looked so scared, "what happened hunny? Talk to daddy" i told him as i picked him up and rocked him side to side letting him cry as much as he needed to.
My poor baby boy had a bad dream. I held him close while I gave him a bottle and I noticed he started to slip smaller. My little baby, i walked upstairs and decided he could just take a shower with me and layna, he was too little to leave alone and i didn't want to just put him in his crib.
I walked into the bathroom to see Layna wrapping a towel around herself. "Hey bubba, you wanna come with mommy or do you want to take a shower with daddy?" layna asked as mason reached for her.
(Layna's pov)
I took Mason from Jay so he could shower and brought Mason with me to the bedroom so we could get ready for dinner. Me and Jay didn't feel like cooking so we are going to go out to eat tonight. I got dressed and then looked over to see Mason chewing on his fingers while he stared at his toes.
Mason was tiny, he's my precious little boy. I put on his socks and decided on no shoes because of how little he is. He was already dressed which was super easy. He had on these cute light blue overalls with a spider man t-shirt, it's adorable. We haven't gone out like this in so long, it felt a little strange, but i'm excited to spend the evening with my boys.
