Chapter 41

I stormed off before Mason could say anything but it wasn't long before Layna yelled for me to come back, I screamed back a no and stayed on the balcony in our bedroom. I heard the door open and I thought it was Layna so i didnt move and only told her to go away. I heard a sniffle and just waited for a minute "daddy?" i heard his little voice say, i held out my hand and waited for him to take it "come here baby".

I heard the pitter patter of his feet and then he was standing in front of me, "im sorry, I was scared that you guys didn't want me and that you wanted him" he stuttered out, I placed him in my lap and gently gave him a kiss. I looked down at him "no one is ever going to replace you baby" playing with his hair. I continued "peyton isn't a little, he is dominant, you would have two daddies and a mommy" i spoke honestly. Mason sat back and smiled a little "is he going to love me as much as you and mommy?" he asked as he looked a little nervous.

I couldn't be the one to answer that question, "unfortunately i can't be the one to answer that question hunny, Peyton does." i said as i picked him up and walked down stairs to see Layna sitting on the couch. I looked at her and sighed, I knew that me telling Layna no would get me in trouble, not nearly as much trouble as mason but i still knew what was coming.

After Julien left Mason was starting to understand that we were not replacing him, i sent Mason upstairs to talk to his daddy while i decided if i wanted to punish Julien for telling me no, i may just do a simple dont tell me no again. Julien doesn't misbehave often. As for Mason, man that boy has a mouth on him when he's upset and not little. I heard them coming down the stairs before I saw them, I looked over to the end of the stairs and I heard Julien sigh, "come over here you two." i told them as i stood up and pointed to the couch, Mason started crying and tried to get away but Julien had a firm hold on him.
